The hotel is comfy and clean. However, the shuttle from the airport is not clearly labeled, it only picks up on the East terminal (blue signs). We waited a long time on the West side before we figured that out. Nothing on the website or on the parking decks mention this. Also, I guess this is now a regular feature of hotel rooms in our pot-friendly state? Maybe we just need to have rooms that are pot friendly instead?
These ppl just don’t have a clue. The music is very loud in the lounge. The check-in process too incredibly long, only for them to send me to a room that wasn’t cleaned. When I came back it took another 15 minutes to find a room. It was like the person at the front desk couldn’t identify their room inventory. And they kept walking to the back office like that would help them. I just don’t understand how they could be so incompetent. They ended up sending me to a different hotel, but their directions were wrong so I went to two different hotels. I travel a lot and I’ve never had an experience so jaded by general incompetence.
Well we're do I start, the hotel looks very new and trendy. I liked the way our room was laid out. Unfortunately there were some big problems with our stay.1. We paid extra for the hotel breakfast for the two nights we were there. The food was terrible even for hotel food. Their "Breakfast sandwich" was and egg one small slice of bacon on a HAMBURG BUN!! Looked like something of an inner city free lunch. Total waste of time and money most hotels breakfast include breakfast that is far better then what Aloft charges for.2. The shower water was lukewarm at best. Not what I want in a hotel that I spent good money on.3. Sink would notdrain fast enough. When we washed our hands we had to be quick because the sink would fill up and then take a long time to empty.4. The air conditioner sucked, by 8:00 AM it was hot enough in the room that I was sweating just sitting watching TV in just my shorts.5. No ice machines. the only ice available was down in the breakfast area in zip lock bags like some weird drug deal.I would definitely warn ⚠️ people to find something else. There are a lot of other options no need to put up with Sub par rooms
Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down.I don't know why this hotel has bad reviews. We had a very good two night stay. I appreciated them putting us in a quiet area. I think all hotels should do this at least keep the family with kids in one part and solo travelers in another. The hotel was clean and a lot bigger than I saw in the pictures which I was worried about when I first booked. It's also very nice and stylish. The shuttle service was appreciated and the kind hotel staff. There is breakfast served, but not free so we didn't bother and chose to eat at another restaurant. The only suggestion I have is to replace the sheets out more often there was some stains and sheets should be spotless white all the time.

I stayed here 5 years ago with my daughter and thought it was pretty nice, my how things have changed. Stayed here twice this week while storm chasing with Silver Lining Tours, the rooms are decent, just funky, no real closet or drawers, both showers leaked like crazy, and I took short showers. Having to pay for breakfast or any food for that matter. To top it all off when we got in late last night they had no record of our reservations. So 16 of us were just clogging the lobby while it got sorted. I’d say it’s poorly managed and in need of a refresh. Or at least a more skilled maintenance crew. I won’t be returning when there are so many other options nearby.
Nicely equipped room for a short stay, hotel is still a fairly long drive from the airport though. Breakfast was covered for my stay, but couldn't be bothered to order anything basic from the 'kitchen', would prefer the warm basics laid out to grab from a buffet.
The beds were super comfortable and the staff is super friendly! Definitely recommend! walking distance to a few restaurants and about 15 minutes from downtown
Stayed here twice this month with a group and really enjoyed our stay. This is close to DIA with free shuttle service to and from the airport. The property is modern with a cool courtyard, low tables, with night time accent lights and their 'design forward' room layouts are very nice. What really stood out was the staff! A warm welcome to the weary traveler. I also want to give an extra shout out / kudos / thanks to their bar manager Zander! The bar didn't carry our favorite beverage on site. He personally went out on his break and stocked his shelves with it so later that night after dinner he surprised us. He made sure that we were all taken care of. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, the court yard and bar make this a hidden gem in Aurora for meeting with friends for some drinks.
The rooms are very small. As in no actual closet, a tiny nightstand and no drawers to put anything away. The beds are tiny and the sheets aren't big enough to stay on the beds. The worst part, however, is we never got a hot shower the whole time we were there. We were there with a soccer team and EVERYONE reported that they never had anything more than lukewarm shower despite trying in the morning, afternoon and evening.
