Two gentlemen at the window had toAsk what I ordered (simple order) and almost handed me the wrong food. When I did receive my food, it was poorly packaged, no sauces or napkins like I’d asked for. When I got back to my room (across the street) the food was cold, and tasted old - our burgers were also wrong. We had TWO cheeseburgers. Not sure how you mess that up….but, they did. Definitely won’t be going here on our next trip through.

Quick, friendly, and got the order right (burger gets changed a bit). They had us pull to the front and wait less than 3 minutes, everything was fresh!

HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! We went today around noon. When we pulled up a car was just progressing from ordering and pulling up to the pickup window. We pulled up to order. And then we sat.And sat.And sat.4 and a half minutes went by and nobody said a word to us. So we decided to go inside. As we drove by the pickup window we saw a gal standing there talking to another associate.We go inside and wait. The lady in the pickup window asked if we had an online order, not hello or anything pleasant, just “are you here for an online order?” We say no and she turns around and proceded to get herself a drink. She then gets to taking the order of the car that was behind us. ??♀️ Another lady came from behind us and asked if we had an online order. Again absolutely NO greeting, just “are you here for an online order?” Again we say no and she turns and walks away. We stood there another two and a half minutes then turned and walked out.
I have a personal preference for their burgers, but if you like American food in general you're going to love this place. The cheese curds are excellent as well and the manager at this location is top notch. They're currently in the process of hiring new people so forgive them for any mistakes they make.
The girl at the window never finished up my order & felt like we were being rushed to the register. They got my sandwich all screwed up & it wasn’t even hot. I had to reheat it when I got home. I wanted a Diet Coke and we got a watered down (mostly ice) diet root beer (gross!). The girl at the window was apparently in training but she wasn’t doing good at all. She acted like she hated her job. I’d never go back there. Terrible service.

Have gone here two times, asked to pull around front and order was messed up both times. The first time they forgot both drinks and sauces. The second time they completely left out onion rings even though we were waiting specifically for those. Somehow we got mini corn dogs instead. Second time they also forgot sauces and gave us a completely flat, old root beer. How hard is it to work fast food and follow a simple written order? CHECK YOU ORDER!Attempted to visit this location again and now I am fully understanding the 2.7 star rating. Unprofessional and rude employees!!
