There seem to be limited choices of actual frozen yogurt.
I went on international frozen yogurt day. The place was packed! All of the employees were extremely kind and they kept the store very clean. I really enjoyed my time there and my froyo was great!
My experiences here have been very childish. The store manager has no idea how to handle customer complaints. And he has an attitude that suffocates you as you walk through the door. Horrible place, horrible vibes, horrible service. Would recommend literally anywhere else.
My girlfriend and I usually enjoy the yogurt here, but this particular store on this day was a little too dirty. Machines a little sticky, whip cream all over the counter and the floor...I even offered to help clean it up, and the young lady behind the counter(did not get a name) didn't seem too Urgent to want to clean it up. The yogurt is great...toppings are plentiful, but maybe because it was Saturday around 5:00 pm they were too busy to take care of it right away, but you would think someone would be there to keep the cleanliness up!
Normally, our experiences here have been good... not today! Stopped by mid afternoon and no one was behind the counter as usual. Prepared our dishes as normal and set them on the scale. then we waited... and waited... AND waited. Repeatedly hollering HELLO, hello... no one responded... after 12 minutes I went into the kitchen area where the young lady, with her earbuds in and talking on the phone, sat and stared at me, literally just sat there... good thing I wasn't there to rob them! I said is everything okay, is someone running the cash register? Her response 'I'm on my break' with that f-u tone ... with yogurt melting in the cups, my response was... gee that's too bad, I guess we better leave if no one can wait on us... and you're on your break... not sure this is the kind of customer service I will return for!
My familye used to love this place and come often, but not after today. The handle on the yogurts machine was not on properly and when my grandmother went to use it, it fell off and chocolate splattered all over her shirt. She was upset and complained and the girl working lashed out at her, denied responsibility was incredibly rude and then demanded my grandmother leave. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. This girl should be fired immediately. used to love thi
