I placed an order online for a pickup. After 'losing my order' twice, I had to wait for ~2hrs after the scheduled pickup time. When I asked if they could give a discount because of the ordeal they said it wasn't their fault the system lost my order. Eventually someone said I would get 50% off my next order. Later, when I asked to use my 50% I was told they don't give discounts and if they did it would have to be used in 30 days. The manager I spoke to on the phone was rude and accusory, and said there was nothing she could so. I've never left a bad review but there's a reason this location has so many 1 star reviews, don't bother with them.
They took forever to get our order out we were charged for blue cheese dressing without asking us or telling us that it was an xtra charge the habanero chile sauce tasted like sugar I won't go back
Worthless employees and worthless customer service. 5-19-22 at 8:30 pm . Called and placed order. They said 35 minutes. I pulled up at 9:15. Walked in and three employees on phone. Looked my way than looked back down at phone and left me sitting there for ten minutes. I ended up leaving while an employee looked up and didn't bother asking me anything. This place is a joke . Didn't even get to enjoy my food let alone leave the place with anything... They all need to be fired on shift
I order from here regularly. Most of the time it's bomb. 5/10/22 I order 15 boneless wings. Went to open up my order and they're dry as the Sahara desert with the sauce on the side. If I ordered 15 minutes before y'all closed, I'd understand. But this was over an hour before close. C'mon
Usually they're pretty good but today whoever was on the fryer didn't even cook the food. I almost wanted to go back that cook is horrible
Our food was cooked and ready in about 15mins. The manager is the nicest & friendliest young lady. Made sure everything was cooked right and were enjoying the food. Our food was absolutely perfect.
Call in order 45 ago, got there to pick up my order, they confirmed they got my order, the girl says ooo we didn't make that, if you want to wait for 25 min we will make it and throw in extra vegies...veggies.... um excuse me more like we won't charge you for your order because it's our mistake AGAIN!!!!!!! MEANWHILE they are all standing there doing NOTHING!!!!! Not one sorry nothing, just brush it off!!!!
Ordered 20 wings on Doordarshan, but realized how pricey it all added up to, so I canceled it. I called the store to confirm cancelation and they still didn't refund me back.
Add this to the growing list of big chains with poor service, where everything is always someone else's fault and nobody steps up to correct a mistake. Ordered through the Wingstop app - 30 minutes later I get a text saying the ordered is canceled and I should call the store for more info. The woman on the phone at the store tells me she has no information, the "system" does not have my order. I ask if she can do anything for me - no, it's the "system's fault", I should try putting another order in the app. Why, so I can wait another half hour to find out if it worked? Never offers to take my order over the phone, never offers any kind of apology - it's all somebody else's fault, and I need to figure it out myself. Moral of the story - if you order from Wingstop, you may get your meal - but you may not! There's no way to be sure! And if you don't get it, nobody who works for Wingstop is obligated to help, you're on your own!
As doordasher stopped by to pick up an order on super bowl. It was incredible crazy. And the entire employee did their hardest and their efforts. Good job employee! ??
