This place is run buy a bunch of little kids that don't know how to do their job right I'm younger than them but for some reason smarter and more mature they didn't even try making my food on time there out there talking with their friends and vaping these teenagers need to learn to actually do their job I was waiting for about what seems like an hour just for my food never coming here again in my opinion these kids should be fired.
Food here is a hit n miss. Check ur food before u leave make sure it's not old and hard. If it's fresh it will be great.. eat it fast because it's not good once it's cold.
The gentlemen working at this spot today set a high energy, positive environment. Not only to me but as I sat waiting for my order I witnessed them having the most positive and quality service for every customer coming thru there doors.
So I place a Doordash order for Thighstop, 7 thighs. The driver calls me to say they are out of thighs and for the approximate $17 order of thighs they were willing to give me 10 wings, $14. Yep, not only were they accepting orders for Thighstop (they could have shut down the online ordering) but they essentially wanted to shaft me on my order. The attitude was take it or leave it. Agast at the coarse attitude I could hear over the phone I said no way. I'm not paying more for less food when you screwed up to begin with. Have you people no customer service skills or appreciation for patrons? DD refunded my order promptly and gave me an additional $10 credit because they may have an inkling as to how to treat a customer appropriately, unlike you lot.You just lost a customer. A regular customer at that.
These guys HUSTLE! The work ethic at this restaurant is still alive! Keep it up - wings are good too!

I picked up some Doordash deliveries here and was upset to see the employees not wearing gloves while preparing for. The orders also take a while but are packaged nicely.
Consistently fresh and tasty! The wings always come out piping hot to the point where I have to wait a bit so I don't burn my mouth.
Love it i order once every couple weeks spend a pretty penny but never disappointed. Even get a free drink when i wait over 10 minites. Makes my day..
What a joke. Made an online order for pickup. Waited 40 minutes before I head there. 3 people ahead of me had been there 20 minutes already. They help two of them, ask who I'm there for. Now, almost an hour later, im finally getting my order and they served 2 orders that walked in after me! Even worse, the order that was ahead of me was a Doordash order and was still waiting when I left.
