The food is good, staff is professional and friendly. Drive through ordering is difficult because staff instructed me to keep moving forward to keep the line moving. This makes ordering confusing to me and the staff. It also feels dangerous because I must do two thing at once. My order is usually wrong when I get to the window and must make corrections at the window. So how much times does it save and how much liability does it raise....
I had the the bacon, sausage sandwich meal. It was fresh, delicious and with Very welcoming staff. Friendly! Love this location! Great Job Wendy's Staff!
Food was thrown together a mess in a bag couldn't eat any of the fries and the burger wasn't even edible. Wages have went up for fast food employees but the food and service has went down.
I don’t normally complain or give bad reviews, but this time I felt compelled to let people know how this place operates! We stopped at this Wendy’s as it was close to where we were shopping. We went inside and put in our order at one of the new kiosks. Then waited and was told they didn’t have baked potatoes (which is what I ordered). So I said fine I’ll take chicken nuggets instead. There were no napkins, catsup, regular soft drinks (only diet available) or s&p in the dining room, our order came and my nuggets were not in the bag, no honey mustard sauce so had to go the counter again for help!! Also there were no toilet paper or paper towels in the ladies room one stall had no t/p and a big roll just sitting on the back of the other toilet (can’t someone even put it in the proper holder?) no paper towels at sink, as that big roll of brown paper was in the handicap stall!!!As we were waiting for the rest of our order, we noted one of the workers just lackadaisically lapping on an ice cream cone at the counter while serving guests?!?! Very poor service, food mediocre and not worthy of a return visit!!!!
Disgusting and poorly run. Went in to get food and the entire restaurant was absolutely filthy. Consistently running out of things. Cancel delivery orders 30 minutes after adding. Just ridiculous.
I have two Wendy's under a mile from me and I still drive the extra mile to go to this one. Their service is quick and they never mess up my order. Compared to the experiences I've had at other locations, this is the only one I trust.
Come on guys.....COVID is over!! The day that we were here dine in was closed. It's a Saturday, Sunny in beautiful Conifer CO and you have your dine in closed!!! What the hell?Then to make matters worse we sat in the drive thru for 30 mins because the line was so long. Hire the people you need and treat them like you love them and they will stay and you can open for dine in. But let's get this show on the road again. Its summer, there has to be someone wanting to work!!
This is my go to Wendy's spot, and they do well most of the time (late night can be hit or miss on freshness.) The line moves fairly quick even when they are short staffed, and the hours of operation are accurate unlike the Taco Bell next door.
Food is consistent, they were exceptionally fast compared to most times at this store. Had to go back to get my cookie though...
3 stars because I ended up leaving without getting food. Normally Wendy’s has super fast service and I am positive they were short handed, but the drive through line was blocking he while parking lot, so I went inside. There was a line of 5 people ahead of me and after standing there for over 5 minutes and not one person’s order was taken, although several employees kept looking at the line, no one came over to help anyone. The couple in front of me left and so did I.I know all the fast food places are short handed, but maybe the corporations need to weigh paying employees a higher wage versus losing customers because no one wants to work there for the wage they pay.
