I got a baked potato and a triple Dave's burger.... my best friend Damon got the loaded fries ... the baked potato was cooked perfectly.... and they gave me extra napkins and also all the condiment were in the bag .... staff was efficient!!

Want cold fries, no spoon for a melted frosty while waiting “4 minutes” for your chicken sandwich order? This is the place for you. Waited 20 minutes for chicken sandwiches when told it would be 4 minutes. But at the window, we were given our frosty with no spoon. So after that 20 minutes of waiting, our chicken sandwich and COLD fries arrived. Also, no spoon in the bag.
Super expensive fast food. Apparently the tax rate is over 16% here. For a $9.30 combo meal (Single, small), the total is $10.80. The prices on the menu are wrong, or the taxes are double what Arvada has. Either way, I'm out and will never go to another Wendy's again.
Please read before eating here!!! Worse service I had in a while. Every time we come here our order is wrong this time we where missing 2 out of 3 meals. Called the store to see if we could get a refund and the manager refused. When we arrived at the store 10mins after the call the said they will replace the order and may I say I am disgusted by the way the blonde cashier with glasses was handling food, she was stuffing her hand in her pants and touching the food she’s giving out to costumer!!! On top of it all she kept grabbing frys with her bare hands and eating them. After witnessing that my stomach turned so much I dodged ever want to go back to that Wendy’s.. I’m truly repulsed by the behavior I witnessed today.
Did drive- thru and service was meh, hamburgers were cold, cheese on chili was a slice of American cheese, drinks were incorrect and they asked for bag of sandwiches back b/c they weren't sure that they had given us the correct order. Definitely will not go back.
The staff here is great and I never have any issues with my food. But today while we were about to pull up to pay we got cut off by a white Honda Elantra who barely missed our car so we beeped our horn (like most people would do when being cut off in a drive through) the driver then proceeded to hand something into the drive through window and yelled at us to calm down, after parking she got out of her car and walked into the building, I fail to see why she had to cut us off when she could have just walked into the store without cutting customers off.
Consistently good burgers, great chili, and superior Frosty for when you want/need one. In two years, only one wrong item, and they made it right. Order on the web (not the app), saves time and $$. Better burger than most, incl. TX RH & the 5 Guys across 58th (Sorry, they can't get an order right to save their lives). You probably shouldn't eat Wendy's very often, if ever, but if you do, this is the one.
This location is awful. Constantly messes up my order. Two days ago they triple charged me for an order. Literally charged me, then ran my card again for someone else, then told me my card wasn't working and asked for another. $45 for chicken nuggets. Manager refunded me for one of the invalid card swipes but refused to refund the other. She insisted it was "impossible" to charge me twice. Well, clearly it isn't, and now I ended up paying 22$ for chicken nuggets.This business is awful. Take your money anywhere else.
I just went through the drive-through. I completely messed up my order. When I checked the food, the hamburgers were cold. Jr bacon cheese burgers are $3.50 now???The staff was terrible. It's disappointing since we only go to that Wendy's. We won't be back!
The Wendy’s over here by kings is TRASH. They fd my order up so I called them after I drove all the way home. By the time they answered and I got home the breakfast menu was over. So the manger wrote my name down so I could get my sandwiches replaced the next day. Fast forward the next coming day the manger wanna act like she didn’t talk to me and my name was never wrote down. Save the time and money and eat at home or go somewhere else. They can suck one fr
