Skip this and any wendys. Bye wendys, so sad. At least I always knew if the chicken sandwich sucked I would get a thing of solid fries. Now everything sucks there... sandwich was a rock and the new fries are so much worse than the old ones
Delivery order never made it to me, and no one would pick up the phone. Short staffed, and long drive thru wait time, even when not peak hours. I'd go somewhere else.

I worked all day and hadn’t eaten. I get here to order and the guy at the drive through had the nerve to mimic me instead of taking my order. I talk to the manager who denied that it had happened. He claimed someone working there had their kid inside? Luckily, (I had it recorded.) I asked for the first name of that associate and the manager would not give me any names. I asked for his first name and he wouldn’t provide that either. No name tag or anything. No apology, nothing. Very unprofessional.
Team here sucks. They have no hustle, are rude, don't want to do their job half the time and are always trying to close early. But hell at least they are open. Less can be said about about other places in the area.
It would be nice if your employees would pay attention to the customer rather than chatting with their fellow workers. I extended my hand for my change and rather that place the change in my hand she just dropped it on the ground and turned away. Needless to say, I will be going back to the Wendy's at 58th and Independence from now on where they pay attention to their job and the customer.
Don't bother wasting your money. Had to go inside because the drive through wasn't moving. It looked like only 2 people working. Burgers were cold and dry. They gave us old French fries. Cold and tough. I won't be going back.
The bald lady never hands out the receipt because she has bad customer service & seems super rude. She even mess up on my order several times. I wish she would get fired already.
