I got a tofu bowl on Friday night. It tasted ok, not great but not bad, but then I got super sick all night. I felt like I was going to throw up for hours, then late in the evening got an awful, searing headache. It was horrible. I never get sick from food either. It was very, very out of character for me. Luckily it passed by the time I woke up the next morning. If you're sensitive, I'd pass on this place to be safe.

Would go again.revised: july 2022. *they’ve fallen off their game for sure. the “avocado” in their food today was brown*. i know the world is dealing with shortages — but if you don’t have avocado — just say so. i used to go here a lot but lately the items are well below par. literally threw it away. gross and runny.my friend had the bahn mi sandwich which is a featured sandwich for summer. it was a mess as well and had less than a tablespoon of chicken. the ingredients were not applied consistently nor was the bread “fresh” and was rock hard. definitely not worth $11. the system is not allowing me to take away a star. their to go food is a mess and i’m not sure why. bummed.maybe check your orders appearance before you take it home. i picked it up myself and should have done so.
I ordered online due to a family member being Covid cautious and they were right on time with estimated time. Plus they wrote a cute message on the lid! Very cool!
I don’t know what sweetheart took the liberty of placing this on my online order today, but I hope they know how much it meant to me. Life is always about the little things..I too am grateful!
Love the food here but employees lately have been quite rude. Asked for extra sauce and she just said “We don’t do that.” and walked away. Didn’t even offer to ring me up for an extra side of sauce. Just could have been nicer overall.
I was spending close $100 a week at this location. They refuse to serve me half rice and sweet potato. I even offered to pay extra or have the potatos on side. They refuse. They even refuse to add siracha drizzle. I went to another location, no problems.
It was ok. The cashier was a little rude. For our first time being there. I would assume corporate would have better trained cashier.She Told us if we weren't ready we need to step to the side. We explained it was our first time. Nothing like rolling your eyes at customers.
Order ahead is my favorite thing. Curbside pick up even better! Don't forget to tip these great employees making delicious food!!Spring rolls with chicken w/ peanut sauce and ginger soy. Thank me later!
Consistent experience each time we visit this location. Always clean and the staff is friendly.
I ordered today two veggie bowls. The usual items were not available due to supply shortage. Understood that. The many times I have ordered, I have been very satisfied but today was a total disappointment. The servings was less than usual and the vegetables were not cooked and honestly not edible.I hope this was some sort of glitch. If I were trying this place for the first time, I would definitely not return. I will give it one more try sometime in the future.
