Like this location staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, we have visited plenty of times. I was disappointed yesterday when I arrived home after ordering Togo and was missing an 8 piece roll and a side of rice. Stuff happens, we will return but please double check orders, it cost $70 for 4 to have dinner. Worth the cost when it’s all there!
Decent food maybe a little expensive but you order and it's brought too you noodles or rice and pick of meat etc
Tokyo Joe's is a great place for a filling and healthy meal on the go. The staff here is very helpful and sweet. I recommend building your own bowl to get exactly what you want, and the green dragon sauce is a perfect blend of mildly spicy and acid.
Food is OK. Portion of good stuff like chicken is pretty small. Paying for a whole lot of rice, some greens, and a little protein.
Everytime I use my debit card to pay for my meal I am overcharged about $10. The price they tell me I am paying is always different from what is taken from my account. I spoke with manager and he says it must be my card nothing they can do about it. This doesn't happen anywhere else I use my debit card. Now I pay in cash and today I ordered a bento box to go and no napkins or forks or the cookie that came with the meal. I'm already too far to drive back and I'm just tired of getting shorted one way or another by this place. I hope to warn others to pay attention to what they are paying at register and what is actually being taken from their account for their meal and to check their order before leaving the store. I'm truly disappointed. I should have just avoided this place all together.
SLOW.. ordered poke and has to wait 25 minutes. It's not even cooked. And ordered without rice. How long does it take to put some fish cubes on top of vegetables?
I normally don't do this but it is getting aggravating the last 3 times we have order food either to be delivered or at the restaurant they have not gotten our order correct. My husband stopped by tonight, ordered some food to bring home and the order isn't even remotely what he ordered. One was supposed to be salmon/tuna with half salad half brown rice and vegies. What he brought home was salmon white rice and edamame. Sorry but 3 strikes your out!!
Forgetting one of our to go orders again! happens a lot . Not a huge deal …but kind of is when you get home and realize you’re missing an order and have to then drive back… (note, not the first time)
Absolutely love everything about Tokyo joes! This is also my favorite location of theirs by far. They are always on point with my order and it never disappoints.
Not as fresh as they used to be. Usually only get the Spring Rolls from here since I don't have a large appetite. Apparently something has changed because the spring rolls I got today appeared to be frozen from a previous day. So much so that the avocado was stiff and brown on the edge of turning into goo. Really disappointed and will not be going here again.
