Everytime I go to this taco bell I always get great service. The food is good my order is always right the customer service is outstanding! GREAT job!!! If you haven't been there it's time!

Food was fine, order was right. Wait inside the lobby wasn’t long at all however THE SMELL. Y’all gotta do something about that. Smells like month old grease in there. Cooking food right there and I couldn’t smell anything but grease ?

I'm sick of this dine-in closed nonsense. Pay your employees better and maybe you'll have enough staff. 100% done with this location. Never again

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Shut this location down. I ordered through mobile for 6:45pm. I went up to the door and it was locked. When I knocked, the employees laughed at me and hid from me. I’m confident the store is run by straight up children. I tried to go through the drive through for my PAID FOR ORDER and saw my order literally be hand delivered TO SOMEONE ELSE! Someone stole my food and drove off and when I tried to call the employee they ignored me. I called 3 times to contact the inside of the store because I didn’t have time to wait in the extensive drive through line, hence ordering in advance. I left feeling mocked and ended up with no food. It was my first meal of the day and I didn’t even get it. Left feeling defeated. This location was a hot mess and because of that, customers were also being rude to one another. This isn’t a question of patience, I was being mocked and intentionally ignored. The store shouldn’t say open till 11pm if the doors are locked and the ONLY way to pick up my mobile order is by going inside… I need a refund.

Get it together man, this is such an absolutely pathetic franchise. Taco Bell should be run out of business with the way there colorado franchises preform. Absolutely abysmal food quality and service. The line takes over 45 minutes to get through with just 4 cars in the drive through. They close at 6 pm every single day despite there hours of operation saying otherwise. If you are so pathetic you can’t get anyone to work for you, you need to start paying $20+ per hour because with you not doing that. You have no workers, therefore you’re never open so you’re not making any money. You’ll maybe turn a profit if your store is open even half of the time you day it will, but it isn’t you’re closed 80% of the time. Even when you are open the meaning of fast food is completely lost to this company. I could have a 7 course meal in the time it takes them to get you through the drive through. PATHETIC!!!!

Do not use the app!If you try to pick up in-store, there is a huge sign that says they're open. The door is locked, and then you have to go through the drive-thru.This is an experience not unlike purgatory.Go anywhere else, literally anywhere.

Careful eating here, seems no one cares about the place. Young Employees do what they want and lines are always wrapped around taking 2 hours or more for fast food with them saying they cant handle the front counter and drive thru (only 2 people in the restaurant) and 14 cars in the drive thru that have sat for 2 hours or more. Save a headache and go to the one on 64th and Sheridan, thats the way a Taco bell should be ran.

Place has really gone down hill since I have moved here 12 years ago. Drive thru is always super slow. Expect to spend a minimum of 30 minutes if 5 cars are ahead of you. For every 10 tacos bought 8 shells will be cracked or broken. The quality of lettuce is always terrible.The service has been especially bad the last 5 years.

10 min wait in drive through with 2 cars in front of me and 1 person at counter inside at 3pm. This definitely isn’t fast food. Quality was in line with usual Taco Bell, decent. Cashier was chatting with the other staff inside and sort of friendly.

We went there last night we waited 40 minutes in line just to drive off. I don’t know what the employees were doing but it didn’t look like they were working or they cared it was literally the worst service I’ve ever seen in the drive-through.How can I take 40 minutes just to order your food and then when you get to the window it took another 20 minutes 30 minutes for the people to get food. Ya’ll need to hire some new employees!!!!!!!!!!!
