Every review about waiting in the drive thru forever is correct. I have yet to spend less than 20 minutes in this drive thru line. Every single time I come here, even if it’s one car ahead of me. It’s like they take a break between every order or something. Sometimes the line is 9-10 cars deep, locked doors. Takes 45 minutes on these occasions. They also replace items and don’t tell you if they’re out because they know you won’t open the wrapping to check. The refund process is nonexistent. All the Taco Bells in this area are equally terrible, but the absolutely giant wait time makes this one the worst. Waste of time. Don’t come here.

WORST TACO BELL EVER! I get being understaffed and having to wait. That's not my issue. My issue is the food itself. Not only were my items not as I ordered, the tortillas they used are BURNT TASTING! I noticed immediately something was off when I opened my wrapper and the tortilla was brown, not white! The smell alone was enough to not even try it. My other items with tortillas were all the same. Disgusting! I just wasted $$ and time for the last time at this Taco Bell! I'd advise you to go somewhere else if you have the chance!

Let me add my name to the long and distinguished list of people who have had a terrible experience with this location. Not only did I wait 30 minutes despite there being only 3 cars in front of me they gave me the wrong order then argued with me about what I ordered when I mentioned it. Not sure how 2 taco supremes, a burrito supreme and 3 chalupas got confused with 3 crunchy tacos, 3 soft tacos and 4 bean burritos but they claimed 1) i didnt speak clearly enough and 2) i confirmed on the screen that is what I ordered. I guess I should be happy they gave me anything. As much as I didnt think it was possible amidst all the rumors about their "meat" several years ago, taco bell has gone way down hill since the pandemic.

This place is NEVER OPEN! They keep the lights turned off at night to avoid serving customers. Window says they close at 12 am daily, Google says 10 pm. It’s 8:45 pm and they are closed. Cars parked out front, workers inside, but nobody will answer drive thru and they will just pretend they don’t see you when you pull up.Whoever owns this place must be content losing money.

Really bad food they give me a taco in Descomposición i did ask for a new taco and they put cinnamon twist in it that sucks!!!!

I have to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru in order to receive an order I made online.They spent a lot of time taking the orders from the other cars, and when it was my turn they did not even let me talk... They just said. Please hold.3 minutes later, they asked me what I wanted and they said... We are going to start your order. I made the order at 5:36 pm. And I received the order at 6:10pm

Understaffed crew leads to long waits to get your food. Also prices went up, but their sign does not show the higher prices. Still, if you like Taco Bell, the food was still good.

Employee parked their car in front of the drive thru so no one can actually come through to order food. Doors are locked so you cannot go inside. Absolutely wild how this place doesn’t bother actually opening whenever they don’t feel like it.

this place absolutely sucks. The wait time to get a simple taco is 45 minutes to an hour and a half. if you order online to make it easier on them and you you still have to wait in the drive-thru line which is 45 to 90 minute wait time, so last night I ordered online spent $25.43 My order was never made but they took my money. 2 hours of my life gone. The restaurant doesn't want to help give me a refund and the online services which is Taco Bell.com doesn't want to give me a refund either so I'm just out the money no big deal no food no money great location not.

The staffs is nice, just take forever to get deliver order ready. When I get in and ask the guy if my delivery orders are ready, he told the people in the back who's orders I am waiting for. 3 different groups of people come in and get out, I ask the lady if my delivery orders are ready and what's the estimate time, and she finally put them in the que on the computer ~ so if you are delivery drivers, make sure to ask them again and again until they put you in the que on the computer, or just bring your bedding there to wait for delivery orders (joking). I understand they are busy and working hard, just wish they had better systems for delivery orders ~ wish they improve their service and able to give them 5 stars review in the future.
