Mexican pizza is on the menu online, which I checked first. Go to the drive thru where I wait for maybe 15 minutes and get to the big menu to place my order. Listed is Mexican pizza. So I order Mexican pizza. Guy says they've been sold out for 2 months. I said that it's on their menu, why hasn't it been taken off? Dude says, we've been making food not worrying about the menu. Tell me how this makes any sense? If this whole Mexican pizza thing is just a marketing ploy, which I suspect, then you've lost a customer. I can make my own at home without waiting in line and dealing with snarky employees who can't be bothered to correct a menu item.

Pretty brutal reviews recently… we had a great experience, got there around 11:30 and were promptly served our food. In and out of drive thru in <5 mins. We gotta appreciate the ONLY late night food spot in Arvada!

Food orders are almost always wrong and today go to get food and they have a sign of staff shortage so closed until 8:40 (get that in today's world) but drive around and there are 4 workers standing outside having a cigarette instead of working. Seen other fast food places going strong, no issues with less people. C'mon man.

Says hours are until 12am, it’s 11:46 and workers were inside but drive thru prompted they were closed. Womp womp. If you need to close early due to staffing issues change your restaurant hours so we don’t drive out of our way for no food.

I called ahead at around 11:30 to verify that this taco bell was accepting credit card and the hours. They told me they close at 12:40, although Google says 1am. . . We wait in line for 15 mins and they tell us through the speaker they are only accepting online orders. We explain that we called ahead and they tell us go ahead and come to the window, we will take your order. Another 10 minutes to the window and the woman i spoke to shuts the window on us and has a coworker open it back up and tell us again that they were only taking online orders. We explained that we were told to order at the window, but seemed to be laughed at and shrugged off as we left without anything.

I would do 0 stars if I could. Employees are obviously intoxicated and can't even take a damn order. Took absolutely forever. 3 people took our order while you can hear them laughing in the background. The menu light is out so be prepared to have your flashlight ready. Very very poor service in general.

So I ordered a crunch wrap with steak in it and it just seems like they decided to not add any kind of protein at all not even the soybeef to even pass it off as steak . The staff working there let me just say you’re lazy .

Worst Taco Bell ever. The drive- thru light has been broken for months. The night shift is horrible, Unprofessional, and seem to lack basic customer service skills and intelligence. I would rate a zero but I can’t. Whoever owns this Taco Bell needs to fire the whole staff.

If i could give them zero stars i would. They messed up our orders TWICE and did absolutely nothing to compensate for the wasted time and multiple drives we had to take to come back. The absolute worst customer service. Take your services to any other fast food restaurant but this one. And if you have no choice but to come here, check your order 3x to be safe they got it correct. Most likely, they have not.

This is the WORST Taco Bell EVER! I do door dash and I sat in this line for over 30 minutes while employees are outside in their car smoking marijuana while the line is wrapped around the building, then delivered soggy food to both my clients. The dude who answered the phone was HORRIBLE. SO unprofessional, I get it’s fast food but come on be professional. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would put a big ZERO but since I have to rate, they get one star.
