oh my god where do I even begin. I really hope the general manager of this branch is reading this because you deserve to be fired. The amount of times I have been to this location and it’s closed during open hours or short staffed due to someone either quitting or being fired is outrageous. I truly hope someone has held accountable because this branch is one of the most embarrassing operations I’ve ever

Thisbplace is closed randomly whenever they want. Its 9:30am on a Saturday morning there were about half a dozen cars waiting at the drive thru all to find out they arent even open but seemed to have employees inside walking around. This taco bell is 0 star establishment no wonder they are low on employees they probably only hire highschool drop outs.

There is an amazing person (owner, I believe) named Doug at this location. He solved a small problem I had in a blink, with a huge smile. He made my day! The staff are attentive and friendly. The store is clean. I do not live in the area, but I would go out of my way to visit this store again. Thank you Doug ♡

I realized that there is a current Staffing issue going on Nationwide. But if they cannot be open at 7 a.m. as posted on the door then they need to shorten their hours. They are never open at 7 a.m. I have been by there as late as 7:50 and 8 a.m. and they are still not open and no one is there. Just saying if you can't be open by 7 a.m. they should change their hours to 9 or 10 a.m.

Went through the drive thru, around 805pm was told we have to wait 15 min for the system to reboot. Ugh. My expectations are low all ready cause it feels like I'm going to have an issue when I come through. I want to eat here cause I enjoy it. Just Feels like all taco Bell's have problems these days.

I usually love this location; fast service, moderate wait, I’ve never felt shorted, and everything is fresh anytime I stop by. Buuuut, I never see the dining room open. It’s ok because I’m always stopping by when I’m on the go. However, I’ve been noticing they’ve been closing early since the Pandemic dealt a blow and have still not bounced back. I work overnights and if I drive by about 10pm, everything’s dark. Tonight, I stopped by between 8:30pm and 8:45pm. Both of my chalupa shells were pale, uncooked and stale. Like almost to the point it was tough and un-chewable. And the crunchy taco shells were also stale they lacked crunch. Just falling apart and not in the good way. Both seemed like the bag they were kept in on the line all day was left open or had a hole in it. I’m disappointed by this visit, but I’m hoping they can work a bit more on keeping things fresher and cooked more consistently.

There's bad fast food service. And then there's this taco bell. Today they literally locked all the doors and quit taking orders without any signage. Just stared at me through the window. And in the past if I actually do get an order in, 80% of the time it's a wrong order. If u like paying $10 for a mystery bag of Mexican food and only sometimes getting service then come here!

I don’t know why I even bother going out to eat. It’s gotten to the point where my order is almost always wrong. If I don’t check now I guess I should consider it my own fault. I ordered two bean burritos and four hardshell tacos. That’s it. Like that’s it six things but of course I got back to my hotel and I am missing the two bean burritos. To top it off nobody will answer the phone

100% the worst Taco Bell in the area. Consistently bad half cooked food and horrible service. I had the absolute worst experience yet there tonight (Friday 1/21/22) at about 8:15pm. I went through the drive thru and there were about 4-5 cars in front of me and I sat at the broken looking order box with no screen working and a piece of paper taped to it saying something about exact change, but you couldn't read it because the weather had folded it down on itself. Anyway, with the order box looking the condition it was in, and me sitting there patiently until they had those 4-5 cars out of their drive thru I figured the order box was broken so I pulled up to the window to order to a Hispanic girl giving me a dirty look. I was confused because I didn't hear anything at the order box, and she wasn't welcoming at all. I told her I wanted to place an order, and she then told me she told me I needed to wait back at the call box (which I heard NOTHING with a blacked out screen) so I informed her that I heard nothing and she tried then to start an argument with me and told me I'd need to pull back through the drive thru if I wanted to place an order.. And furthermore there were no cars waiting in the drive thru she could have just taken my order at her window, but she wanted to try to argue with me and tell me I was wrong about the box, when I sat there for at least 5 min and didn't hear anything. BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD. Go down the street to the next taco bell

I ordered online through the app. Once I got to the restaurant it said they had closed early due to short staff, but it still let me order. I wasn't able to get my food and it wouldn't let me cancel and it took the money out of my account already. If they were going to shut down early ok but at least turn off online ordering.
