Slowest taco bell ever, you'll be lucky if they are even open much less get you food in less than 20 minutes...Ive been sitting in the drive thru almost 25 minutes now....there was only a few cars in front of me. I'm now watching people i watched walk in sit down and eat their food. I'm also trapped (no way to get out of this drive thru)Pls pay your employees more or shut down, this business needs to fail.(I left and went to jimmy johns, im not paying $15 for a few tacos after waitong 30 minutes)
I ordered one item and one of the frozen drinks and they charged me for someone else’s order which was around $20 and then they refused to refund me. They already gave me the wrong drink, but the right bag. So I didn’t even get what they charged me for, the manager instead grabbed some cash from the register and gave it to me and told me to leave. The other employees looked like Arvada west students… I hope they don’t learn to run a bussiness like this
Hardly ever open any more. Been going here for decades (literally). Manager there (Brandi) gave zero $#!?s that we waited for one burrito for almost 15 minutes, all the while watching the drive thru process at least 15 cars.Her comment "we'll get to it when we get to it" when the cashier (Devon- who was hugely apologetic and far more suited for the manager role) asked on the status, was said loud enough for the whole lobby to hear.I highly recommend that the franchise owners take a much closer look at their resources and shift management!!
don't listen to any bad surveys what so ever ! please go to the store and just see for yourself. Anyone reviewing bad is just that one customer if you been in the food business. or someone with no life. This taco bell has had a major turn around
Wow this tacobell had a turn around. I'm not sure what happened maybe new management ? This last month store has been great to me everytime I come in. Long line but speed has definitely picked up at this location!! They even have the lobby open now. Great to take my kids when I don't feel like making dinner. Quality has been amazing lately. Store has a good environment. I live right up the block so love it !!
Really inconsistent hours because of worker shortage. Looks like they're temporarily closed now. When I do go and they happen to be open, the service is always good and staff are friendly! No complaints about the food.
If employees were off their phones, maybe a line would move faster and orders would be correct.
Pretty straight forward eatery. Though I will say it felt like the portions are smaller than other T-bells. Service was ok. Didn't wait long through drive through.
Food prep is on par with what you'd expect for fast food. Be aware that they are very busy on weekdays and although the drive-through line does move, it tends to be fairly long. Expect to wait about 15m to order during lunch rush. Also, as of Jan 2022 I believe they are not open for dine in service.
