It seems like they hired somebody very angry to assemble the sandwiches here at this location. We always received them very smashed and askew... It doesn't seem to affect the flavor but it is a bit disconcerting... This subway is dead to me. Every time I drive by I say to myself "oh look they have Sushi, Wings, & gourmet breakfast in this mall... if only they had a 1980's style sandwich place that was subpar, perhaps with that "inner city" feel, this mall would be complete." then my friend in the car will turn to me and say "there's a subway" to which I reply "I hate public transportation..."

I just left this Subway. I live down the street and go often. Today though was the worst it has ever been. The 4 women there were very busy, but also EXTREMELY rude. I know it’s busy, but it is also a lunch place at lunch time so maybe they just need to find something they like better for work. On top of being rude, we were rushed and then told the credit card machine wasn’t working and we had to pay with cash. Luckily I had cash, but the lady infront of me didn’t and they basically told her she’d have to sit and wait for it to come up or leave her half made sandwich. (Would have went in the trash anyway) The lady almost cried. Maybe the workers were having a bad day, but I’ll drive an extra mile to never go there again!

Usually not knocking restaurants but this is twice in a row that our mobile orders are not even close to what we ordered. Toppings and sauces on the wrong sandwiches essentially ruining each!
Why offer curbside if you’re not going to answer the phone and bring it out?!?! And it’s super lame that I paid for extra bacon and didn’t get it. Ripping people off like that isn’t nice. Maybe teach your employees to read the order so they can make it properly…that would probably be helpful. Or maybe they can read, but they just don’t pay attention or care. ??♀️
Great service always good food good prices
I usually have good experience at Subway but I went this morning and they are closed when they are supposed to be open. There's no sign or anything saying why.
