Our last experience here was a bit spotty (granted it was Lunch rush and there was only one employee on duty) but this visit was very pleasant, Michael does an amazing job and is very passionate and diligent about his work.
Ordered online, BC802E23-EF was my order number on 3/15 @ 5:54. Was told my order would be ready by 6:15. I showed up when the app said it was [email protected] 6:15...and when I did, I was told, "sorry, there was a long line, and I have to do them in order". What's the point of ordering online for convenience, if that is the service received? Waited an extra 15 minutes and the order was incorrect when I got it home. 1 person working. I won't be returning.
Customer service and food quality has been extremely poor every time I attempt to eat here.I've never NOT regretted choosing this location
The kids that work here are super lazy. They constantly close early and say that the manager let's them do it. We came 30 minutes before close and they said they were closing early, because the manager said they could. This isn't the first time this has happened. We regularly have to pick a different dinner because this place is closed during business hours.
This locations fountain area is always out of order . Chips not stocked fully . Out of chicken . Employees are so unprofessional and one girl could barely put in the effort to wrap a sandwich. Plus she was eating spinach out of the topping container with her bare hands .
Gianna is the best Subway employee that has ever served me in all my years of being a loyal customer. She always took very good care of me with some of the best customer service I have ever seen in the food industry and know she is important to keep and to care for.
They're toaster never works. They're always closing early. Never have meatballs. And take forever to make a sandwich. The only saving grace is at least they're courteous.
It was ok upset because u don't do the subway club with roast beef first time back in over a year
Super weird experience. I went in at 1245, and it was completely dark & the open sign was off, but the door was unlocked. The young dude working kept wiping his nose with his arm, and they were out of Italian herbs bread, cucumbers and the drink machine was out of order, plus the refrigerated drinks were almost gone. I asked why it was so dark in here & he said “I dunno” and then flipped all of the lights on.... I’m confused.
