Friendly and outstanding service. Drink was made quick and was delicious. Made my birthday a ton better to be treated fairly and respectfully. Thank you Starbucks

Horrible Experience,I waited 30+ for my drink, the 7 people behind me got their drinks before me. The barista called their names when their drinks were ready, but mine.I asked the batista if any of those drinks where white mochas and he replied very rudely that he didn't know. (He was the one making the drinks) after I got two drinks I was missing one more drink told the batista and he rudely asked for my reciept but the cashier never gave me one he didnt believe that I was missing one. He ended up making the drink only because the cups said I had 3 drinks. The last drink he made was extremely hot and flavorless.I felt very discriminated, I was the only person he was being rude to and the only one that waited 30+ min.
Well this place made my mother's day a lil sad because they said they had the grill cheese but once i hit the window bomb they didn't have it i was devastated lol but other then that the STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
Usually have a good experience but, my husband and I came and Got horrible tasting coffee. I spoke with Maddy and after rudely saying, “well, what do you want me to do?” She agreed to remake. When we came to the drive through she argued about only remaking one and my husband said ok we will pay for the other. She says, “I’ll just give you them both free because I don’t want to go back and forth!”Horrible service
Super friendly and polite, it was a great place for coffee and a coffee cake to relax and calm the mind.
I generally like coming to the Starbucks but when I came through the drive-thru this morning Mady with the red hair was working the drive-thru and she was completely rude taking orders and no customer service whatsoever she didn't even say hi or you're welcome or anything when I said thank you she's just monotone and shouldn't be in front of customers.
Although I HATE how small this location & its parking lot is, the baristas always make it worth it. Even if something is wrong, they always go out of their way to make it right. I get a looot of different drinks and they’re always super yummy and made right! (I wish they would stock up of grilled cheeses more though!)
Nice staffs and great coffee shop with both outdoor and indoor seating, taking online to go order and have drive through. Only down side is parking lot have limited space, and so many online orders on the pick up area didn't group with customers name. But I feel these amazing hardworking staffs deserve 5 stars!
used to be really good and always got my orders right and friendly. im a regular and people started saying hi to me and calling me by name, but the past month i haven’t once had anyone say hi to me in that regard and its a bit disappointing because i looked forward to that, but thats not why im leaving this review, they never add whip on my mochas so im left with a quarter empty cup and no whip. the drinks arent always good either, really a hit or miss place. ive now been asking for “extra whip” and will pay the extra amount just to make sure im not left whipless
I have never been treated so rudely at a Starbucks ever. After making order I sat a table and put on a mask. A little, I went to ask for code to bathroom. While standing quietly, two of the girls (one that mixed drinks and the one working drive thru window made it evident they were ignoring me but didn't care to hide the fact they weren't going to attempt to assist me and loudly whisper" I am just going to stand here at my station...I don't see anything." There was no one else ordering and I hope I misunderstood but I doubt it. I wish they were taught either better etiquette or how to truly whisper. I never felt so uncomfortable in a place of business especially by other females
