The nuggets were dino nuggets use to be awesome pretty disappointed I could of saved 8 dollars since had them in my freezer also cheesteak didn't have buffalo cooked in it just the extra asked had cook the whole meal pretty much bad if I knew we were re cooking everything I would of went to the store for same thing for half the price not sure I'll go back

The cheeseless dry meat philly cheesesteak is edible but not enjoyable, eating it felt like a task and that was after adding cheese to it. I feel bad for the poor soul who goes here for their first ever cheesesteak

Easily in the bottom three of worst cheesesteaks I've ever eaten, perhaps it may even hold the number one spot. $17 for "lunch special" of medium mushroom cheesesteak with wiz and pepper relish. I could find no wiz or pepper relish on the sandwich, despite the counter person's instance it was there. I barely found the meat. Avoid unless you've already eaten somewhere else and aren't hungry and have money to burn.

Right before covid my wife and I had ordered two Philly cheese steak sandwiches at 8:30 p.m. we showed up at 8:45 p.m. to pick up our order. When we tried to walk in the door the person behind the desk inside was waving us off I could clearly see my order sitting in a bag with my name on it in front of the clerk. I then yelled through the door that my order was on the table it had been paid for through the phone with a credit card and that I was just picking it up that I was not staying to dine in. Again the person at the counter through the window kept waving me off mouthing that the place was closed. My wife and I had eaten there at South Philly many times before, and we were extremely disappointed in the establishments negligence, and disrespect for long time customers.South Philly in Westminster Colorado will never get our business again.

Don't know what the food tastes like but the customer service in a matter of seconds was not great. We went to walk in assuming they were open as the lights were on and it was 2pm, but the door was locked. The employee behind the counter was on their phone, and at some point as we were looking at their door for hours, the employee came to unlock the door. They proceeded to unlock the door, turn around, and walk away without acknowledging us. The look of disgust on his face towards us as he unlocked the door is was made our decision to not eat here.

complete shi#..1/2 order was wrong, missing a kids meal and drinks..complained that I cannot have onion, didn't order onion..kid on phone wanted to argue he made my food and it was fine.pic obviously shows onion..

I brought some food and a water bottle for my three-year-old with me knowing that she won’t eat anything here. The second we got into the restaurant we got kicked out because they said no outside food or drink allowed. Just be careful not to bring any infant food or food for little ones into this place or you will feel as embarrassed as I did. It’s crazy to me that they turn down to adult meals because we brought in some food for a little one. I will never go back because of it.

So the cheese steak sandwich is ok to "good. The bead is what gets me. It doesn't hold up well. Sides are a on the so so side (pun intended) Hit or miss kinda depends on the day. Service is just there, if you know what i mean** Photos will be added 3/15/22 ** (now added)I would give them 3.5 if it let me

WORST experience w/ a small business EVER!!We've been going to South Philly Cheesesteak for well over 15 years and although the prices are a bit high we liked the food a loved supporting small businesses in our area. That was up until last night and we'll never set foot in the place again. We had purchased a local business discount card from Pomona high school which included a couple of coupons for South Philly. One of those was 2 x Lg cheesesteaks for $20.99. I mentioned we had the coupon when I placed the order over the phone. We ordered 4 sandwiches including, a Ruben, 1lg cheesesteak and 2 mushroom cheesesteaks. When we got to South Philly and they went to check us out the woman said that promotion was only good for dine-in orders. This made zero sense because we were picking our order up, not having it delivered. She was just being difficult. I said fine, we'll eat our food here then. At that point she told me that Pomona had added the coupon without their knowledge and their prices had gone up since it was first released. I explained that the expiration date was Sept. 2022 and I expected them to honor the coupon. She then looked at my order and said that she wouldn't honor the coupon because we only had one regular cheesesteak and the other one was a mushroom. I looked at the menu and the difference in price between the two sandwiches was $0.30 ($14.49 vs. $14.79), I told her I would pay the $0.30 difference and I would like the coupon applied. She again told me prices had gone up since they put the coupon in the Pomona discount card, and she refused to honor the discount.I grew up in a small business and my wife runs a small business herself currently. We know how hard it can be to keep a business up and running but you don't screw your customers over in an effort to keep your doors open, that's a good way to ensure you're business will fail for sure.To top it all off they got our order wrong and the cheesesteak bread tasted like it was about a week old, it was dry and hard on the ends. if you want over priced food and some of the worst customer service ever then this is the place for you but I'll be telling everyone I know to stay away from the place!

Good or okay food. Overpriced in my opinion but may be what it costs to be in that business. Ons staff member was kinda rude. That's always a great first impression.
