So I just went to this location. I purchased an order online and went into the stall. First the girl told me that they are only doing the drive thru. So I went to the drive thru. After sitting there for like 5 to 7 mins I finally get to the ordering mic the lights cut off and the dude says sorry we're closed. Mind u it's ten o clock when the website says it closes at 11. She could have told me we close in a few mins. Instead of having me waste more time waiting in their drive thru. All I know is they better give me my money back!!!!!

All right visit I guess I paid 15 bucks for some chicken tenders and jalapeno poppers and there was no hot chicks on roller skates I guess the pandemic took care of that
I cannot believe this! A giant hair in my burger. Please do not ever patronize. The hair was so long and wrapped up in the burger that it looks intentional. I actually bit into it and pulled the hair out. I am so disgusted.
My family had ordered from your restaurant and asked me to pick it up on my way home. When I arrived I told the employee I was there to pick up an online order (I believe his name was Tim). He mumbled something and started to bring a tray to me. I said is this my order and he said yes. I asked him for a cup holder and again he mumbled and I was not able to understand him. He then said I need to take this to your car. I then again asked for cup holders and he said they only hold two drinks. I wasn’t quite certain why he still wouldn’t give me cup holders but decided it was t worth it. The whole time this employee was not very friendly. When I get home my family asks where is the food. I then proceeded to drive back to your restaurant to get the food he didn’t give me. I walked in and the employee has the rest of my order in his hand and proceeds to blame me for driving off. I told him that I asked him if that was our order and he said yes. At no point in time did he say hold on there was more. I asked him to get me his manager and he points at her and says she is over there. I again told him to get his boss over here. He proceeds to mumble something and then goes and sits on a food preparation table and get on his phone. The manager approached me and I let her know that her employee was not very courteous and was now sitting on a food preparation table. I told her if I had an employee like that I would fire them. Sitting on a food table while working on the clock. She said absolutely nothing. No apology, nothing. I will let you know this is the last time that establishment will ever see a penny of my money.
We were returning from Boulder for a graduation and we saw you were still open (9:20pm). Our food was not only fresh it was DELICIOUS!!! Sorry we were so late but thanks for making it fresh.
I always order a Iced Tea with strawberry. For some reason they never get it right. One time there was no strawberry. This last time while I ordered it the girl put in cherry. I reminded the crew at the window that I wanted strawberry. They still gave me cherry.
With the price of gas nowadays, the crazy inflation and covid, it sure would be nice if companies would update buisness hours on Google more frequently so customers don't waste time and money driving all the way to a location for nothing.Thanks for wasting my time and money!
Ordered 2 large chili cheese tots to go and they did not put the chili on them. This is the second time they did this. And on top of that i found a long hair in my tots. Disgusting!!
Worst service ever on top of being racist... the owner needs new staff. So for this I'll tell you a little about my encounter with this horrible staff. First we got stared down by some high-school kid who was delivering food to cars. Ordered and some extremely rude girl gets upset cause we Ordered 3 meals. Then the "tough guy" demands payment and starts fighting with me... very unprofessional then we asked for his name and the response I can't post here, so we asked for the manager which they just all said it was policy. So no names of anyone except obe who tried to difuse his rogue employee.... bottom line is there's one a couple miles away with amazing service so please if you read this don't go there.After some investigation I found he's manny fire him immediately
Service is usually friendly. As far as food goes I believe this specific sonic has really gone down hill over the last 10 years. If you like soggy fries and room temperature corn dogs this is the place for you.
