This used to be my favorite location. The past couple of times the food hasn't been as good and twice now they have forgotten an item. I asked for a credit this last time and the person said she was going to get a manager to do the credit since she couldn't and call me back. Waited 2 days and haven't heard back so I called back. Same story and another 2 days go by and still haven't heard back. At this point with the quality of the food slipping, accuracy of orders and the broken promises lets me know that its not worth going back anymore.

After a very aggressive explanation of why orders had to be taken at counter the male staff member told guest “if you don’t like it quite coming here”. An elderly guest was confused why two days prior he went to counter to order & was told to order from table but today he was being told he had to order at the counter. We all know businesses are short staffed a degree of understanding is needed but this behavior from the staff was very aggressive & out of line especially considering the different expectations day to day. This was not the first time I have seen this behavior from the same individual.Go to the Golden location, both staff & food are 100% better.

I have yet to visit a Santiago’s where I wasn’t satisfied with both the food and the service. My previous reviews of Santiago’s should make that point clear. A first class fast casual Mexican restaurant with one of a kind green chili that I rate as some of the best I have had in Colorado. I don’t know of a menu item you could go wrong with.

The burritos are as fantastic, and the best I've ever tasted. The table service was decent, but the limitations on available beverages was a bit disappointing. Still, totally worth driving 6.5 hours!

Why is it that some days I get the best service and stellar food from this location, and other days I get severely substandard, lazy attempts. We all have bad days, but at least have pride in the work/ food you serve the public, or consider a new profession. I may need to drive out of my way to the Commerce city location for a better and consistent product.

The food is delicious but the employees could be better. Especially the rude young man who works the front from time to time. He is always in a rush with the customer even if it's not busy. He doesn't take your order right because he is more worried about talking to the female employees than doing his job correctly.

I come here just for the breakfast burritos. The other food options on the menu seem to be a hit or miss.I also prefer ordering online and picking it up myself because the cashier tends to be too busy doing other things to acknowledge the long line of customers waiting and can be quite rude. The online order person, whoever it is, is usually on point and nice though.

Then food isn't bad but they don't follow directions, I've been here a couple times and they add cheese on burritos despite me asking them not to and put meat on burritos I ask to be meatless. One of the better breakfast burritos in Denver but won't be back because they don't follow directions.

The people were so friendly and the breakfast burritos were amazing. I will definitely be going back again.

I have been to 3 of the Santiago's locations now for breakfast and I have always been very satisfied. They have great breakfast burritos available from 6am-11am and are always hot and ready. I order them ½hot & ½mild and they are the perfect amount of spice. I haven't tried much of anything off of the lunch menu yet. Their prices are very fair and the service has always been excellent. Also, many times I have called in a large order of breakfast burritos for my coworkers and I. They have always had the order correct and ready for me shortly after arriving. If you're a breakfast burrito fan you should add Santiago's to your list of places to try.
