This will be the last time I will be visiting Santermo's after being a customer for 20 plus years. Pre ordered for the game 5 Stanley cup game just to arrive with the order unmade. They offered no discount or any real apology after waiting for an extra 50 minutes. We only received one of the two pizzas ordered after waiting all this time. Goombas is better anyway
Really decent Italian food in Arvada, which is harder to find than you might think. Love the chicken parmigiana dinner - the sauce is on point, and the cutlet is well-prepared.
Really tasty pizza some of the best i’ve had in colorado, and the price is right. Another huge plus i can’t understate how important it is is that the employees are FRIENDLY! So many restaurants i go to nowadays the employees give you bad looks and act like they’re mad you decided to eat there, as they flip around their little ipad and prompt you to tip 25% for carryout. Great experience and I will return.to the owner: continue hiring friendly people thank you
I have been coming to this pizza place for several years. there has consistently been quality service and food. recently in the last couple years things have changed. My orders have been incorrectly made on more than two occasions. Tonight I called for delivery and was told that for delivery they had an online service but it was the same price as before. After checking out it automatically adds 20 dollars in fees including an 8 dollar tip. Keep in mind I only ordered 1 Pizza & Salad ($39.00). Tips are earned with good service and attitude. Customers aren't there to pay people's wages for the business. This will unfortunately be our last santeramo's meal.
This is truly the best pizza I've ever had. The crust is out of this world and it's never too greasy! The toppings are fresh and cut well. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. We live south of Colorado Springs and whenever we are even remotely close we plan our trip around coming here.
The staff was incredibly friendly. I ordered to go and had a half hour wait. They were slammed but working very hard to get everyone out the door. Our calzones came out piping hot and stuffed with great ingredients. The price was very fair for the portions. We will be having santeramos often!!!
My new favorite pizza spot. This is exactly how I like my pizza. And their ingredients taste/feel high quality. The garlic fritas are amaaazing. I notice they sometimes can get backed up or overwhelmed with orders. But please be kind and give them time. They're always so friendly.
Great experience. Pizzas really really good, fresh ingredients and the owner of the shop walks around and checks on everyone. My 2 yr old loved it as well.
As someone who picks up food from here for Doordash, this place is consistently one of the friendliest, especially the guy who I'm guessing is the owner/manager. I assume the food here is good as well but just appreciate how polite everyone here is.
We ha spaghetti with meat Ball and a chicken ceaser salad. Both were very tasty. We are coming back to get one of their pizzas. They looked and smelled delicious.
