I tried to order takeout tonight I called the lady said just a minute put the phone down I waited on hold six minutes listening to Talk with another customer for 7 minutes until I disconnected. I called them back and got the voicemail twice then a fax machine and the same lady answered and said hold on a minute set the phone down so I could listen to her talk with another customer for another five minutes so I finally disconnected.I’ve ordered from them in the past and the food has always been really good and I’ve tipped every time so I’m not sure what was going on tonight?
Not impressed.Tender was sweet and quick Owners sit and drink and micro manage.Cook came in and was told" you have an order...wash your hands....wear gloves!"Strange but he looked young and not very professional.Food menu looked expensive but weak...After the reserve sign being put in front of me with a completely empty floor,I decided after years in the business,this place was not for me.

The food was good. The drinks had such a light handed pour all i could taste was the coke. Service was so bad 3 tables came in and no one helped anyone for over 20 min. The owner finally came out and yelled at the waitresses. We bought the wings and they said it was a full order it was only 6 wings for $15 this place wqs a total waste of time.
Always a chill atmosphere, the staff are amazingly friendly, and there's live music every Friday night! A great place to bring your friends to hang out!
Great place for food and drinks. The burgers and wings are outstanding. Would have been 5 stars. My only issue is every time I've been there the service can be slow. Then I remember everywhere is understaffed because nobody wants to work anymore. Overall a great place just remember to be patient with your waitstaff no matter where you go.

Worst crawfish ever I’m from Louisiana I asked were they from Louisiana before I bought them smh Louisiana crawfish is better and cheaper I will continue to buy my crawfish from Walmart and season and boil the real Louisiana way myself Louisiana don’t even put whole potato’s in our seafood very much unsatisfied and upset not worth the money
After dinner lastnight we went across the parking lot to have a drink at Rockabilly’s- we sat at a table and the waitress walked by us twice. Thennnnn 2 other groups of people came in and she went straight over and helped them. Of course I got upset, pissed is more like it. I walked over to the bar and ordered our drinks. While I was ordering at the bar from someone else - she the waitress went behind the bar and was making drinks for the other people she waited on. I got our drinks and went and sat down. I expressed my thoughts to My husband and said that I thought that waitress was prejudice. Still tried to give her the benefit of doubt, but then these people came and sat at the empty table in front of us and she went over to them right away. While we were there and all the times she went by and continued to help the other tables around us, she still never once gave us eye contact or came and asked us if we wanted anything else. Am I over reacting and over thinking ?? I think not! We were the only people of color in there. The waitress/bartender that finally helped us was nice and attentive. The other one was ugly. Ugly on the inside for how she made us feel therefore she’s all around ugly. Rockabilly’s can kick rocks - been living in Arvada for 17 years and the few times we’ve gone to Rockabilly’s we have never once felt welcomed. We keep trying to give it another chance and when we do, we just get let down again☹️
Good food, pretty good service. Only 2 servers for the restaurant on a Friday night. It was a beautiful night and the doors were open which let in LOTS of smoke from the smokers outside. Not great.
