I ordered curbside to go and got the whiskey river BBQ chicken wrap and extra fries. When I got my meal the wrap was destroyed. It wasn’t a wrap. The tortilla was a disaster and the insides were everywhere. There was absolutely no care or attention taken towards making this wrap. On top of it, the fries were cold and soggy (probably from the bbq that leaked out because of the unwrapped chicken wrap) It was by far the worst experience I have had at Red Robin and it is quite disappointing. I love Red Robin but I don’t think I’m going to deal with this store anymore. Especially for curbside.

Stephanie was THE best bartender I have ever had! I was having such a rough night and after going to another restaurant and it being a terrible experience, I came here and sat at Staphanie’s bar and she made my whole night!! Amazing energy here at Stephanie’s bar! 100000/10 recommend!
This location has been hit or miss. Today we ordered and the buns were dry, burger not that juicy and fries kind of mushy.Giving 3 stars because I've had decent food from this location before but today wasn't the best
Party of 11 accommodated. We had a nice family dinner after a rough day.Food was good, as usual.The staff was friendly, good customer service.The place was busy so it took some extra time for everything… a couple messed up order but it was all quickly fixed.We will return.
The burgers sound amazing but are just ok. The kitchen doesn't seem to pay attention to servers' notes as both the entrees we ordered were wrong, one as wrong as it could be, and the other just slightly. The server was great about it and had the order fixed asap. Their nonalcoholic drinks are as amazing as they sound from the menu. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.
Food was fantastic and the staff were so fun! I took my daughter for a birthday dinner surprise and we are not disappointed! The staff came by and played with the kids as they passed and the lava cake was incredible!
Wonderful staff that were very attentive and personable. My server Matt was a super cool guy who made me feel welcomed. Yummy warm food- came out quickly.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our server Matt was on his game. We wanted to order the onion ring stack but they were out of them. (The supply chain is low these days).Try the southern charm burger ?. Delicious! And bottomless fries. For dessert- get the donut stack. You get caramel and chocolate dipping sauce to go with it. YUM!
