Never have I received a correct order from them. As a result they give me cards for free entrées. So on a whim, I go and try to use one of the many cards I have, I was told the "free entrée" card is only to be applied to certain items. So, if you mess up the order, give me a card to replace the order, I can't order the same thing? This location must be the "intro to food management " location. They fail consistently. They wont let me give them 0 stars
This review is entirely location specific as I like Qdoba and have good experiences at other locations. 9:30pm on Sunday, 10pm close. Two teenagers working, greeted very coldly like I was immediately bothering them. Requested a tostada shell and was given the one pictured after he threw my first one in the trash because he put black beans in it before I could even tell him I wanted pinto. As a result I knew this kid was going to skimp on everything which he did. I didn't know a shell this overcooked would even be served to anyone. Almost left but didn't want to try and find somewhere else open but worst Qdoba meal I've ever had.
I always enjoy my food here, but the employees are… slow? I have a 30 minute lunch, I don’t think it should take the whole 30 minutes to get my order… and there was maybe 3 people in front of me…. these employees don’t look happy to me, they never smile. I was just taken aback by that. Good good though, hope your employees get happier…
Clueless teenagers running this place! I get that there's a labor shortage and you probably don't pay much to compete but seriously, this is insanity! Train your employees before putting them on the assembly line! Never coming back!
I like to go places and have the servers make me what they'd eat. Destiny was onboard and made me an amazing bowl.
It was strange that they are “mixing” the food with the burrito and then it fell apart so she had to start over! Making me have to wait longer . I also asked for torilla soup but they never made me one and because she messed up the burrito I didn’t want to wait for one! Poor service tonight… girl at Register was nice
3rd and Final time I have placed an online order only to show up and my order not even being made and sitting for over 10 min. Why even bother placing an order, may as well just go stand in line, you will get your food faster. Even if you placed your order 15-20 minutes before you go to pick it up, they will get to it when they want to.
Love this Qdoba! They stay open for ordering and dine-in. The staff is efficient and friendly. They are good about keeping the food stocked up!
Everyone here is SO NICE!!!! I’ve been coming legit every day and all the employees make it even better, my tacos are always sooo good
