Decided to try the new Buffalo ranch sandwich for a quick lunch. They put on maybe a teaspoon of sauce. The chicken was all breading and extremely dry. Absolutely not worth it.

I have never been disappointed by a Popeye's Chicken before. They were out of nearly everything around 8:30pm. Chicken that I got was undercooked and fatty/gristle. Posted specials not available. Most lights in drive-thru were dim or off. Forgot my sides, so I had to drive back around (thankfully, I checked before leaving the parking lot). I would never eat at this location again. Worst Popeye's I've ever been to.
The food is good I got the spicy chicken and regular chicken. Some people may even find the regular chicken a little bit spicy. They were out of a couple items that I wanted to order but I just went with a meal deal. Facility is clean and they were very nice
Drive thru experience was a bit off. I seem to always have issues in their drive thru though. Ordered mashed potatoes but got red beans. Ordered a shrimp box, but got only shrimp and no cocktail sauce. Chicken was correct for a change. Just know, you should ALWAYS check your bags for the correct items and your receipt for the correct items + costs!
Portions were tiny. No sauce on sandwich. Everything was overcooked, cold and gross. Waited forever in line without ever getting greeted or acknowledged. Kitchen and dining room were gross. Not worth your time or money. Worries me about health violations just looking around the store
Was a great experience. I went there not long before they closed and the guys were more then willing to make whatever I ordered. Food was very good fresh and they even gave me extra pies for being patient! Wonderful place!
Terrible. Only offered chicken pieces, no tenders, no nuggets, no sandwiches. Got the 8 piece chicken anyway despite wanting a sandwich. Hardly warm and DRY. Would gave just used the gravy except the containers with the sides were half full. No happy. Went fir a $10 sandwich and spend $38 on food that I didn't even end up eating.. .even the biscuits that NEVER disappoint, were disappointing.
Maybe I’m just opining for a pre Covid world but I don’t think I will be in any hurry to visit Popeyes again. I always liked their Tuesday special. I could get 2 thighs for like $1.49. Now it’s $2.89. Double!!!! And the pieces are smaller. My wife likes wings (whole wings) and they are now these shriveled overcooked little winglets. Barely edible. The only thing that is still special about Popeyes is their red beans and rice which is amazing. That alone gives them the third star. Nice people though.
When this first opened the chicken was very good, large pieces and hot and juicy. The last 3-4 times I've been here recently the chicken is not very good. Small pieces and not juicy, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple of hours. Don't go after about 7pm or you will really get some crappy chicken. I'll not be going here again.
I just came from this location. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and received chicken nuggets. Order a 3 piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and received rice. Only 1 meal came with a biscuit. Not happy with the service from this location!
