The staff here is so friendly, and helpful! I was kinda needy with some extra additions to my order and they made it happen with smiles on faces! My kids love those peppers! Kids were happy, and that means I'm happy!

Got a pizza with no pepperoni on it called back to the store talked to the manager and explained what happened was really cool and made a fresh pie for me.
Ordered pizza. Currently have been waiting over an hour which is double the time that was expected/ advertised. Have been watching the delivery driver on my tracker drive away from my home for 30 minutes, so I won’t be surprised if the pizza is cold when it gets here.Tried to call the store attempting multiple extensions which have gone unanswered or were hung up.
Ordered and it was almost an hour before they started making my food. Called the store and it took several tries before someone answered. I was told they were short staffed and busy but my food was about to be made and it would be delivered fresh and hot. It sat waiting for an hour and half before someone picked it up to deliver. It arrived cold not hot and fresh as I was told. I get they are under staffed but this is not what we pay our hard earned money for. Just another place I won't give my money to. Cheaper to go grocery shopping and make your own. Faster too.
I ordered a pizza and cheesebread sticks with 3 dipping sauce. I knew it would be quite a while before I got it cause it's Saturday. As I waited over 2 plus hours, I finally got my luke warm food with out my 3 sauces I ordered(even asked the delivery driver). Tried to call the main # with no answer. Then tried the order line 3 times and they tried to connect me to the main #. Which still didn't work. Normally am very understanding,but I want to be be able to get someone when there is a problem. Let's make this right please.
Like their brand of pizza but this local shop is horrible. Quoted 34 minutes for a delivery- 2 hours later it’s still not here. Called and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. Don’t go hungry- order somewhere else.*Edit* Pizza just arrived cold and inedible. Unbelievable.
Called to ask about an online order that was placed over an hour ago and this is all we got “IT’LL BE THERE SOON” then he hung up the phone… I’d rate the pizza but it hasn’t arrived yet.
This place only has 3 stars for a reason… I placed an online order and I received an email that they cancelled my order. When I called and asked why, the guy at the store just said “we aren’t taking orders right now”. He said they were too busy and I can place it in an hour if I want. There was no reason this needed to be cancelled just to make me redo everything in an hour. My account was charged when I placed the order, I got a notification that it would be refunded but that takes days, just to place another order in an hour that will again be taken out of my bank account. We would have been happy to wait and pick up the order in an hour.. The man on the phone was very unprofessional and would not give me his name. I had to ask the same questions multiple times before being given a straight answer instead of short, annoyed, one worded answers. I get places are busy and short staffed, but to refuse us business and cancel our order instead of just updating the time when the order is going to be ready was a first for me. We have eaten papa johns for years but will be very hesitant to place an order at this location again.
My family and i have always ordered from papa johns and never befor had a problem with our order or delivery, but today was the 1st time, i placed my order at 6pm and the food came at 9:10 pm after being late it was cold i called to talked to a manager and the customer service was horrible i understand they are understaffed but never before we had a problem i live not even 1/2 mile away the Manager was rude and disrespectful and when i was talking he hanged the phone and not even let me finish talking this was the most horrible experience i had with PAPA JOHN'S I will never order from there again horrible customer service...
Ordered a pizza online on Saturday at 7:00. The app said it would take 110-119 mins to arrive (probably wouldn’t have ordered it had I known the lengthy wait time before paying). After an hour, the app said it was delivered. I called, and the general manager said the driver was doing multiple deliveries and it would arrive soon. Never came. After 2 and a half hours of waiting, I called back in again. General manager said it should’ve arrived but it didn’t. He offered to refund my money and maybe give me a free pizza the next time I come in. No recourse. No pizza. Sad day.
