Went to this location after a long day at work to feed my 3 kids and my elderly mother. When I got home we notimy mom’s salad was missing. The manager Melissa was RUDE and argued about refunding the salad. Made me drive all the way back for nothing except a refund on the food I never got. Got home only to realize one of my kid’s food was also missing. This is all after, as I was leaving the window in the first place I asked the guy, are you SURE this is everything and he said, yep! Seriously some of the worst customer service. It’s not about making mistakes, it’s about how you fix them and Melissa and her team are terrible and correcting THEIR mistakes.

May 7, 2022. Just bought a large Mac and Cheese and a bowl of Corn Chowder soup. That's it! $20.60! What? Give me a frappin' break you rip offs! Talk about gouging consumers! won't be eating at Panera's anytime in the near future.

A friend and I got REALLY sick after eating here. I didn't have breakfast before and they were anything but helpful and didn't even offer a refund when we reached out. Very certain it was from Panera, but they wanted 24 hours of food we ate beforehand and couldn't do anything for us? Never eating here again!!!

We typically enjoy Panera's food, but a particular problem deserves public attention. Specifically, they cannot get orders right. We typically order via the drive-through or online. My family says they get 100% of the orders wrong, but it's probably more like 75%. It's so frustrating, we've said many times, "we're never going back there again!" Last night, they missed both chips and baguette (that was to accompany soup); they were both indicated on the printed order. This instance was very sad because they literally confirmed the order 3-times! So, we theorized the failure is occurring during packing of the meal. They have also missed entire entrees, like one of my family members is without a meal. Unfortunately, we don't find out until we're home. Last week, we had dinner with friends. I think our order was OK, but our friends were missing chicken in their Mediterranean bowls, even though the receipt indicated they ordered chicken. I hope Panera management can do something about this issue.

The place is peaceful and relaxed. The food is overpriced and the place is dirty. They just opened and it's already this dirty.

While I love the pecan bread pastry, I do not enjoy it being drenched in icing. It's already sweet enough and now you've made it into diabetes. Please stop dunking these into icing.

My experience at this location was quite pleasant. Although this is a tricky location with very limited parking, it's not the most awkward. The employee by the front counter was friendly and polite and also chatty. I managed to strike up a conversation with a fellow customer about anecdotes of some food products and their roles in the general household. Even though our circumstances might be bleak at times, good conversation is always welcomed. My food arrived hot and tasty in a quick and fashionable manner.

My fiance tried to place an order the staff was completely judgmental. Told him they were out of everything that he wanted to order even though the customers who ordered before him ordered the same items. This is no way to treat a customer (based on how he looked I assume). I hope that this location doesn't discriminate all their customers in this manner.

The drive thru is closed, went inside to order and they told me they were out of chicken Caesar salads, all soups and basically everything on the menu. This location should just be shut down since the staff refuses to make anything on the menu

A cheerful place staffed by polite young people, but the food is mediocre at best. The "souffle" (see photo) was dry and lukewarm and consisted mostly of crust. We had to return to the counter to pick up a croissant that we ordered because the staff forgot to include it. The coffee, at least, was decent.
