Great food but $ 12.99 for a salad is too much
Panera’s line: “Food As It Should Be”, needs to be explored to be more accurate. My food was not as it should have or could have been.I ordered here, they are out of most items, basics like bread and clean plates. How do you run out of bread? Every time we asked for an order item the cashier had to ask the kitchen guy if they had it. We get our food to dine in—in to go bags. I inquire, and they say their dishwasher is broken and they have no plates. My to go quantity size is not the same as a bread bowl or actual soup bowl, end of spending $30+ on lesser amounts than you’d usually get because no one knows how to use their hands to wash dishes. The staff is also insincere and apathetic. I keep giving Panera another chance every 3 months and end up disappointed, so this will be my last time here.No plates and no bread.Food As It Should Be.
This place needs new management and less apathetic staff. We came in tonight and everything we ordered the cashier had to ask someone if they had it. Every single order had something that they were out of. They didn't have turkey for my sandwich they didn't have baguettes for my soup they didn't have bread bowls, they didn't even have plates. Like how do you not have plates. They said the dishwasher is broken, I've worked in fast food before and I don't know if your staff is aware but you can actually wash dishes by hand. I know shocking revelation. The staff sarcastically wished us a good day when we questioned what was going on. Great customer service. Panera used to be a great place to go to but I would rank it along Taco Bell and McDonalds now the only difference is you can actually get a completed order at those places. Do better.
I really enjoyed this visit. The service was really quick, it wasn't yet crowded. I had a great and peaceful meal with my friends. Will definitely be going again.
Excellent food and friendly service but, for the 7 years I've been living near this place, I've noticed that the sun literally moves between the time you walk in and the time you walk out. It takes THAT long to order and get your food. If you eat the food inside the building, don't expect to need your sunglasses again when you walk back outside.
The service here was fast and friendly! I stopped here for a quick beverage and the cashier on the front register was quick to not only take my order but make and serve it to me while I stood next to the front counter. I also saw another employee taking orders and deliver them to customers waiting outside for curbside pickup. It was busy inside this location but all the employees were working together in perfect harmony and not skipping a beat
I just got here about 40 min before hey close and the girl in the back gave us the dirtiest look because she was already cleaning up. When we tried to order, they said they couldn't serve sandwiches or pizza which is the only thing I order from here. Never coming back if I don't have to see that girl's face of disgust towards me again.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATIONI just consumed food poisoning from them and looking back I’m not surprised I did. I know it came from this because I don’t eat breakfast, and after my lunch here it hit me. The location was disgusting and not well maintained. They had so many dishes sitting in their tubs, which you could tell have been sitting for days. The insides had trash all over the floor. Overall unsanitary and I’m definitely paying the price. Panera do better!!
They took care of me despite my rapid order/pickup being stolen. You can never control everything that happens in your restaurant but you can control how you respond when a customer is kept waiting. Today I went to pick up a large order (over 100$ of food) for rapid pick up and unfortunately someone stole my order. As soon as this was found out they rushed my order through and even gave some complimentary pastries for waiting. Sounds like a more recent problem they are currently trying to address. I was inconvenienced by waiting for a while but was met by a professional and empathetic staff who took care of me. Thank you!!
Had a beautiful experience thanks to the most kind and helpful cashier named Amila I believe was how to spell her name. I have always enjoyed Panera but it is connecting with such a beautiful soul that really enhanced the experience. So much appreciation for bringing more love and light into my day.
