Place was very dirty , employe was stuffing salad in a bowl with her fingers , management can't handle directing employees all 9 of them was behind counter , Fyi the dining area needed a good deep clean and bathroom I won't even let my dog use ... I will not be returning if you run a place like that ... Maybe the ones who sit in a office should visit unannounced... Or better train management in Time management... Fyi you can get copies at your nearest library or book store....
Food is on par for franchise standards. Staff is friendly. Dining room is historically a bit more dirty than is typical for this franchise, though some of this comes from the increased packaging due to covid protocols.
Great noodles ? with a fantastic assortment of different plates and styles. Quickly served even during lunch rush. Courteous employees.
Saltiest tasting Parmesan-crusted chicken at any N&Co I've ever had. And cheese sauce was meager, portionally speaking. Service was great though. May or may not return.
The penne Rosa left a lot to be desired. Extremely lacking in flavor, dry (where's the sauce), no salt. I should have went to Abrusci's for something legit and worth the price. Very underwhelming.

The cashier who took my order was very friendly, and patient as it was my first time being here and I had no idea what to order.
My dish came beautifully garnished. Though there was a bit of a wait, I always find it worth it. Worth the cost as you're paying for the convenience and labor to make the meal with delicious ingredients. Definitely higher end fast food.
Waited 20 mins to order and had to tell the cashier 5 times to correct the order . Last chance wrang everything up separate and not as a meal . Just moved on
Worst service. Waited 15-20 min for an order and they didn’t even appear to be preparing the food. Try Panera next door I guess!
