Just ordered grubhub today. It was good quality food, deliver was done well. Only complaints is that I didn't receive utensils (2ce on the order listed and on the recipt...still didn't get anything), the bad sticker to keep it closed didn't stay closed and my extra sauce I paid for was quite non exsistant. Do better next time please.Other than that I did enjoy the food quality.
The Japanese pan noodles with marinated steak was to die for. And the Lime flavored cola cola was an excellent vintage.
I ordered a spaghetti with meatballs, and a chefs salad. Food tasted old. Chicken was dry, and it tasted like the noodles were water logged. I gave it three stars because I've never had a problem there before, but this time was different.
Shout out to Destiny! What an impeccable employee that represents this business! Super impressed with her 5 star customer experience! Destiny went above and beyond to make it right when an Uber driver stole our order today! Thank you for taking such great care of us as customers and I’m sure you leave every customer feeling the same way! Keep up the great work lady you are going places!
Work right across the street so I literally eat here at least once a week. The last 3 times iv been in have been horrible enough so I won’t be back. The cashiers aren’t friendly or knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered something completely different then what the cashier rang up when I told them they said they didn’t have a special kind of gluten free noodle. But that isn’t what I wanted. They had trouble refunding the item. And seemed confused on what gluten free items they did offer. I suggest you re read what people order and train your staff to know what is on there menu… unfortunately it wasn’t just the staff but also the manager who didn’t seem to know what they sold in there restaurants.
Great staff here. When I arrived there was a hearing impaired couple at the register. Alexis helped them navigate the menu and their order. She even walked them through a substitution for a discontinued item (all through writing). While waiting for my food a very rude customer came to complain about a problem with his order and she handled it like a champ. She remained calm (even after he admitted the food came exactly as he asked and continued to berate her), she explained the situation and offered to make it right. As a former restaurant manager, I would have been proud to have Alexis on my team.
I paid $7.50 for a large soup and the bowl they gave me had such a pitiful amount of soup in it. Not worth the money in the slightest
The food is tasty, but I was horribly disappointed to learn that they are no longer offering dine-in plates and utensils. I understand that things have changed with the pandemic in terms of dining, but the amount of plastic they are producing, without even offering options to recycle is extremely frustrating. It is the responsibility of businesses to reduce their environmental impact and unfortunately Noodles & Co has take a major step in the wrong direction.
Basically the worst place you can possibly go. They close at 10 but shut off online ordering at 8:30. The consistently have zero idea what the hell they are doing. Takes them 45+ minutes to get out a basic bowl of noodles.
My wife and I love Noodles and Company. Food is always good. Service was alright. Glad to see them open.
