This restaurant is a cut above the rest. We just picked up our second order so it wasn't a fluke either. Great sauces with real flavor, fresh vegetables (not overcooked), good cuts of chicken and beef. General's Tso's chicken had good crunch and real meat. Lo mein and fried rice are outstanding, in fact I really do think this is some of the best fried rice I've had. Scallion pancakes are the only thing I won't get again. The yellow rice dish was rainbow fried rice also super bomb.
It was our first time ordering out here. The food was absolutely amazing! The Vietnamese egg rolls, the sesame chicken and the dumplings had so much flavor! The prices are reasonable and so are the portions. And my daughter and I will definitely be back. It's going to be our new main spot for Asian food! And the service was absolutely amazing and the owners had a great sense of humor. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! Everybody needs to order here!
I had ordered lunch from here once with coworkers and loved the Pad Thai. Plus, the portion size was so large I had lunch that day and leftovers for the next day. I told my husband about how good it was, and we decided to order dinner from here tonight. Hands down the best Asian fusion food we’ve had here in Colorado (and I’m a native). We ordered the Sesame Chicken and the General Taos Beef combo meals and there was so much food! All of it was delicious and we didn’t have a single complaint. Now that is a feat, because my husband is literally critical of every food. We also had so much food from these two meals, we each will have lunch for tomorrow. There is no doubt we will order from here again!
Maurice is BAAACK!!! I just ordered here on a whim and upon picking up my food I was so happy to see a friendly face. Maurice (the owner and head chef) makes some of the best Asian food anywhere. All the ingredients are fresh, the flavors are awesome and the meat is high-quality. I'm a little sad they're only open for take out and delivery right now but am so happy I again have my favorite local Asian restaurant location/chef/owner back in business. Since he doesn't have any staff and doesn't have to do dishes anymore his prices are still awesome... go check it out!!!
This was a pleasant meal and I look forward to our next one at Ming’s. The PD Thai was unique - it was almost more like a spaghetti and a bit more liquid than what you get at most Thai restaurants but tasty nonetheless. We also had the green curry with chicken and the Thai hot and sour soup which is a lot like a tom yum soup. Overall very happy with our first experience there :)
Best Asian food I’ve had in Colorado. This cook has been in the kitchen since the 1980s and knows what he’s doing. Typical mom and pop setup. Best menu
Omg guys. I love Chinese food and one of the best I’ve ever had! 3rd time ordering and I’ll keep doing so! Nothing had been bad but today ordered the lo Mein, yushan beer (garlic sauce) spicy but incredible!!!
Game changer! Some of the best Chinese food we’ve had. The crab cheese wontons were packed full! Clean, tasty, and delicious!
Some of the best Chinese food I've had in Colorado! The menu showcases great ingredients and fantastic cooking techniques. Very highly recommend! (They're not easy to find due to lack of signs but worth the hunt!)
Scallion pancake was good but small. General Tso's had a cigarette like taste I did not finish it. Fried rice was just rice and egg but was okay.
