Doesn't seem to know what online orders are. Placed one like any other mcd and was asked to pay at first window- I already did online. Not a big issue, was able to move on to the next window. They then tried to give us the wrong order, which we had changed to my real order. Then proceeded to tell us to wait for the smoothie we had on the order. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes (they forgot about us) in the drive thru, had to go inside and ask someone to make my smoothie. So do not come to this location especially with the app if you can help it.

This McDonald’s is always ?,the staff is always surprisingly nice and gets the food out quick while keeping it good quality. I hate everyone in the reviews, I will personally fight them all for free for this staff. Never had a problem with the staff at all, it’s always the people ordering causing the problem.
I was amazed at how seamless it was to place an order through the drive thru. The person taking my order was able to understand me. The service was friendly. Not used to this much.

Give it a try and try it again, until you have your fill. My favorite is the sausage Mcmuffin, hash browns and an orange juice. Can't go wrong!
Staff very rude. Was asked to pull forward as our food was not ready. We did up to the spot where they bring the food out. The drive thru attendant starting yelling at us to pull forward more to space 1. Space 1 is not clearly marked and was told it was a red dot around the corner. 1 extremely tired of having to pull forward so it looks like you are hitting your speed goals. 2 do not deserve to be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner.
Hands-down the fastest McDonald's around. Recently moved to the area and have visited here about 5 times. Each time super-efficient, friendly service. The management obviously knows how to hire, how to train and how to keep customers happy. Kudos!
(February 24th) The manager on duty, I didn't catch her name, unfortunately. She was killing it! I've never seen a fast food worker so active. Between drive thru, counter, bagging...she was everywhere, making sure EVERYTHING & EVERYONE was taken care of...
Fresh burgers but cold fries more often than not. But still give it fours stars because the burgers are always fresh.
Always open in dining room and as I hate drive thru this is much appreciated. If you can deal food thru a window you can deal food in a lobby. Lobby not open no business from me! Thank you for being open, it brings back a since of normal life!
