I like this McDonald's! It's never really to busy and if there is a wait it's usually because they are making my food fresh. I love using the McDonald's app. It helps with getting great deals on food and earning free food through points. The app also makes checking out through drive through easier by already having your order in the system.

The older woman that works there was extremely crabby and mean! I ended up leaving without ordering and went to Wendy's. They were very nice and efficient in and out very quickly.
They usually do fine....the drive through takes forever....they ignore the dine in customers and are too busy carrying on their own conversation behind the counter to care. All in all it could be better if they would get a manger that actually cared about the job.
ZERO STARS IS MY CHOICE - NEVER have we had an experience quite like this. Went through the drive thru - order 4 hamburgers and 2 small drinks. Went to the pay window - paid and did not get a receipt (machine broken). Went to the pick up window - they tried to give us a milk shake (not our order). He then found an order of 2 small drinks and one hamburger - we asked for three more hamburgers (which we would certainly pay for). We received the response of “you will have to go back through the drive thru and order three more hamburgers” - after that came a COLD STARE. Unbelievable - will NEVER go back to that McDonalds again!!
This McDonald's is hit or miss. Fries tend to have no salt. Food is often lukewarm. I love their fountain soda, so I will go even on my way home at 10pm. After 10pm we've waited up to 5 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru to no avail. I even called to ask what time they were open to and was told 10:45pm. (That is a weird time...) The parking lot lights are not always on. That makes me feel unsafe and I'm sure it makes employees feel the same.
There service is horrible. They messed up my order 3 times. They didn’t listen at all and made it my fault. They don’t know how to listen what so ever. It’s not that hard to work fast food. Don’t be disrespectful to everyone you see. Never going to this McDonald’s ever again.
I've given this place many chances they mess up my food constantly matter of fact they haven't got my order right when I order a custom Burger like lettuce tomato and onions only with bacon and no cheese. I draw the line today I will never go back. Last time I was there they gave me a tomato that still had the core in it today they gave me a hot and spicy McChicken that had been made probably for 15 minutes before I got there at least the lettuce is brown and nasty and theres white moisture spots on the chicken patty that doesn't happen if they put it on the bun and put mayonnaise on it and get it to you within a minute. Oh and you know how many times did they tried to fix their mistakes and offered me food or an apology one time I got an apology now is after the third time I had to go back. Places like this make me not want to eat fast food ever again and I will never go back to this McDonald's.
It's a McDonald's. If you've been to one McDonald's you've been to them all. That's the good thing about McDonald's you know what you're getting. Reasonably priced food that tastes good and usually comes pretty quick. This location does a good job at being a McDonald's. The staff works hard and does their best to get your food right. I haven't had any problems ordering at the drive-thru here for many years.
Even during the pandemic I have never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s. I usually order online and then pick up at their curbside. They are prompt and have never gotten the order wrong.
If I could make a no stars I would. My mom $36.34 on the meal we got tonight and half of the stuff we ordered was not in the bag or anywhere. They completely juked us out of our money. We are missing a sprite,10 piece chicken nugget, a whole bunch of sauces that cost extra, and for my 4 year old nephew he was supposed to get a chocolate milk but we never got it. He was really excited because it’s rare for our family to spend $4 on chocolate milk from mc Donald’s. In the past they have been super rude to us and we used to go there a lot just because it was close. There is no good customer service non what so ever!
