So I ordered 3 hot and spicys and got one with no meat and only bread. It also had cheese on it for some reason.

Always a 20 minute wait regardless. Ordered 3 drinks and waited to get 3 warm half filled cups of soda with no ice. I ask about ice and was nonchalantly told they are out and don't have any...why would you not relay that information beforehand to the customer waiting for 3 cold drinks on a hot day! Teenage girl had no solution other than dancing and running around screaming for her cookies like it was a playground and not a place of what is supposed to be a professional business. Waste of time and money for the last time!

Excellent crew. They have been good about not messing up simple orders, burning the egg McMuffins, leaving stuff out, etc. like the store on 100th does.

I get that you were busy but don’t be so rude when you forgot to charge me for my FF , when I ask about them as I had already paid. Your reply was no you didn’t order them , my response was well can I purchase them now? Your response was no you’re going to have to go back around and reorder them. Will not be back and definitely will tell others not to come to this MicD’s

A pretty poor McDonalds. Service is super slow and the food is always cold. Seems like the workers have given up caring or ever cared at all. Furthermore, they do not have a drink dispenser that customers can use like other McDonald's. You get one drink from the employees and no refills.

Since renovation this McDonald's location is really efficient! Now there are machines you can order at, instead of waiting for the attention of staff. Everyone this morning was very friendly & the inside was very clean. No more soda machines or ketchup station in the waiting area, which makes it more organized. Friendly staff!

Manager insisted I return their sandwich to be THROWN AWAY!! because I returned to the store when they had forgotten my bacon. I refused to participate in wasting food (there is a homeless guy in their parking lot!) and she refused to apologize for their mistake or remake my sandwich correctly. Staff eventually brought me the correct item, and I went home for a cold meal. Disgusting behavior by this tiny bitter old woman. No wonder this location never gets an order right with this kind of awful management and bad attitude toward customers from their "leader".

Not pleasant at the windows and have made mistakes in our order more than once. There are other McDonald's in the area that are better.

Please pay attention to Your Coffee bar, Nobody wants old Coffee and nasty taste first thing in the morning, the coffee at this restaurant doesn't taste or smell like coffee, I had to throw away my coffee from this place, I know Coffee prices have risen a bit lately, Please Stop punishing the Paying Customer for your supply issues some of us are paying close attention to the rise in horrible customer service as well as a major decline in quality!!! It's like the employees come to work to do less, run their mouth to the customers and push out sub standard garbage.

Delivery driver:. I waiting over 20 min to get through the drive thru line for them to serve 4 cars ahead of me. Employee looked stoned, had to repeat three digit code twice and once more when he came back to the window. Ridiculous, to wait this long at 2:45 am, and here I am again pushing 15 min at 3:10 am .
