breakfast is just as yummy as lunch & dinner at Malone's! Macaulay & Daron both amazing with great service.
1st time there tonight. It was very enjoyable.
Didn't get the adult beverage order exactly right. I think it was because the server was very busy and rushed through it but it was acceptable. Otherwise service was fine, food was very good. Pleased with the overall experience.
Only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5, is due to the service.My family has been going to Malones for years, and the food has always been top notch. However in recent years the service has plummeted.The teenagers that work there don't quite understand the service industry as they should....
This place is meh. Customer service is usually pretty bad. Food is ok to weak. Be prepared to stand at the entrance waiting to be seated for a while as there is usually no host or hostess to greet you. The wait staff just sees you and ignores you. Eventually some person may take you to a table if you haven't turned around and left yet. Seems like this restaurant could benefit from a total revamping. New management, menu revision and some new decor. Wouldn't hurt to brighten/freshen it up inside too. Dark and gloomy vibes in the back dining area.
We had 20 people in our party in the side room. Our waitress and staff did an excellent job with everything. The food was great and brought out at one time hot and delicious. Everyone had a good time. Thank you Everyone
Love this place very cool neighborhood bar and grill. Went there with my son for mother's day dinner food was really good. Watched the Kentucky derby almost won the race pool!!! Lot of fun.
The hostess was alert and attentive and polite and courteous. The food was decent. Our waiter was by far the worst we've had in a long time. Once was enough for my wife and I. There's far better places to dine out at.
Enjoyed Reuben & festive drinks with my family tonight. Dakota was a fabulous waitress & attentive with her entire section. The food is so good & comes out quick. Will be back again!
Went for a small birthday celebration in the private room. They had a small taco bar set up. Food was OK but limited. No guac or salsa at the taco bar. They ran out of hard taco shells, and I was first told he'd get some more, but then came out and said there's no more taco shells in the building. Waiter seemed attentive enough. Water tasted of chlorination. Went to have a piece of cake, but the waiter had already taken the remaining unused paper plates away while our party was still going on. Would lower my rating to 2 1/2 if I could.
