I’m not surprised to see all the negative reviews after the service I just received. I love ordering burritos on the to go menu, they’re so tasteful and very affordable. I ordered a few days ago and was able to get my burrito in a bowl rather then a tortilla, I asked for the same today when placing my order I also asked for a burrito without chili because it was for my 5 year old son. Fernando, who stated he was the general manager said he doesn’t make special accommodations on these burritos because they are made “just how they are”. I could tell there was frustration because I was on hold for 5 minutes and had also told him the potatoes in my burrito the other day weren’t fully cooked which he said they are precooked so that couldn’t be possible. I wasn’t sure if there was a language barrier because he was repetitive in confirming my order and kept adding on extras which I had to correct. He ended the call by hanging up on me. I called back to ask if I could continue my order and he refused it and said I could leave a review. It’s a shame to lose a customer who has been going to the las portrancas chain for over 10 years because the GENERAL MANAGER has terrible customer service. I’ve supported this restaurant throughout Covid trying to keep small businesses strong and I would’ve never expected this type of service.
All I wanted was a good dinner and I got soggy toastadas now I have no dinner and everything is closed Colorado sucks at Mexican food!!! I'd rather eat a hot dog from my own cart!! At least it's good, this place is gross taste like taco bell!!
This is the 5th time we have not received tortillas with our meal. I called to ask for a refund, and the manager at this store said I need to call grub hub and ask them. I told them grub hub doesn't put the order together, its the restaurant, and he hung up on me. I called back to get his name because he was so rude, and he hung up on me again. I don't understand how hard it is to make sure all of the right food is with the to go order.
I had the Las Potrancas burrito and it was delicious! They had the most amazing sauce and salsa and with the Carnitas inside it was a perfect pair. My husband tried the tamales and liked them but the next time we went he got the last Petronas burrito as well. Great food fast service, great prices.
Explore their menu. It can be inexpensive, but the signature items are worth the extra cost
Would have given this place 5 stars but they recently changed their menu items and the food is just no longer desirable. Their service is still an exceptional though!
We eat there whenever we are looking for a good dinner. The food is good and service is better than most nowadays.
As a regular customer there were many times the food was beautifully composed and spiced with perfect balance and service was friendly and efficient. HOWEVER the LAST time we visited it as if the message was ‘please never come here again”. 40 minutes to receive our very disappointing food with part of the menu listed ingredients missing. A sad disappointment to our neighborhood former favorite.

Excellent food, served hot, and excellent taste. The spiciness level is right in the middle of medium and the portions are good without overdoing it. Service was top notch.
