Disgusting!!! The chicken was greasy and over seasoned with salt the worst chicken I’ve ever had plus ordered and payed for a root beer float and got home it was a Pepsi, no napkins and the young girl that worked there acted like she’s doing me a favor very rude please don’t go there

I was quoted the wrong price. When i got to the window and tried to inquire big man at the window asks me a question too. Then gets indignant with me "ok ignore my question as i take down the price" he says. I drove off cause that was as rude as it gets. Not getting my money!

The person taking my order was kinda rude and rushed my order. Upper management really needs to do something about this, it drives business away when a customer "feels like a nuisance". Won't be coming back.

Why in the World didn't I insist we stroll on into Safeway and get their crispy bucket chicken for 8 bucks! and even their Rotisserie for 7 dollars! They even have fries that taste better than KFC and all costs 1/3 whats paid here. This place has gone down hill so much and the prices are outrageous!

Avoid this KFC at all costs! I went through the drive-thru at 7:30pm and ordered the 6pc. Nashville hot chicken tenders meal. I waited in the line for 30 minutes before I got my food. No apology was given for the wait and there is no excuse for how horrible the food I received was. The food was cold by the time I got it and then got home. As for the quality and overall state of the food it was as if they had taken the basket out of the fryer and then turned the entire contents(tenders, burnt mystery bits and oil) out directly in the to-go container. The tenders were swimming in about an 1/8" of oil. At least a 1/4 cup of oil had leaked out into the bag. They left out the 2nd biscuit as well. Overall a miserable experience and a mistake I will never repeat.

I was surprised that KFC had a Fish basket on their menu, and the fish is Cod! It was fairly tasty for fast food. Nit too greasy, but pricey for 3 pieces, fries and Cole slaw. While I was waiting for my order, in the front if the store, there was a verbal altercation between employees. It was concerning because one employee had their child with them, in the car watching and hearing her father using profanity. I'm glad it dissipated quickly and I got to eat my food.

Husband tried to be nice and get dinner for everyone, thinking he was lucky that he was the only one in the drive thru.. well 50 dollars later come home with this sad excuse of a meal. Got a whole 16 piece WITH ONE BREAST and the rest these what I can best describe as chicken balls? Nothing but a bucket of chicken bones. It went great with my half filled Mashed potatoes that from what I can taste have been sitting in a pan since this morning. Wash it all down with what I think used to be gravy? No one here cares don't waste your hard earned money on people who don't deserve a penny.

after ordering going home take a bite get a plastic tab from a bag in the bite of chicken. when we brought back to bring to mgmt attn. we were first treated rudely by one of there chicken jockeys we were then treated very rudely by mgr. and i mean by pointing out my parkinsons we were then treated like we were scamming and our complaint went ignored. and after laughing at us the coward hid in his store after he thought it was cute to laugh. if you like to be treated poorly and like plastic in your food then this is the place for you

No dine in. Every place around here is open. Sheer laziness that they don't want to clean tables or bathrooms. Popeyes here I come

Tried the new Beyond Chicken veggie nuggets and am actually very impressed.
