Closed at 8:00 p.m. but doesn't say nothing on the front door how can a business especially Jimmy John's run a business when they don't have an open or a closed let alone their business hours on the door poor workman's ethics or just don't care

Find another location!!! Just ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and 2 bags of chips. I’m happy to report that this location got the chip order correct! Yahoo! Unfortunately, when we called the shop and talked to Ben (allegedly the GM) we asked for our money back since the sandwiches that were delivered were wrong and we didn’t get our drinks- much less any napkins with the order. We also reported that the delivery driver claims that he wasn’t given the correct address (thanks for everything, Nicole!). Ben the “GM” claims that he will not issue a refund and that we should “contact corporate”. Sure thing, buddy! We’ll gladly contact them and share this experience with anyone that will listen. A simple refund was all we asked for, kiddo. When a customer pays for items they didn’t receive, they’re refunded. Simple concept.
Have ordered at least a dozen times and it’s only been right once. They never take accountability and the customer service is terrible. I love jimmy johns but unfortunately will have too drive too the one outside my delivery range because they at least know how to make what I ordered. Great company, terrible location. Train your people
Had to repeat my order several times for only two sandwiches. Seveal employees reeked of Marijuana and seemed incompetent, and the store smelled had a weird, body odor smell that other Jimmy John's stores don't have. They were stingy with the condiments and the sodas were flat and weak. Avoid this shop.
It's Jimmy John's man how the heck can you not like this sandwich spot. For the most part I think it's better than subway. I think because they're pickles are bomb.All joking aside most jimmy johns ive tried are usually pretty good this one seems to be a little better with the service. Other than that definitely worth a shot.
Excellent customer service and great food. John and Kaii are outstanding employees 10/10 would recommend this location!
One of the best jimmy johns the employees were all nice a great mix of people plus my sandwich was made really quick, keep up the good work.❤️
This was our second visit to this store. Today was Definitely better than last time. All men and personally this is how you should keep it! My husband did call out the fact that their was only one person of color, we hope to see more Diversity on our next visit! You all made this visit welcoming and one that made us want to return.Great job (New Management)

Update: unfortunately the response I received was as bad as the skimpy sandwich I received. Better places for the money!I used to love ordering from Jimmy John's however, the last couple of times have been a total waste of my money. Their prices are way too high for what you get. I got 3 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of cheese on my past 2 regular size subs. Everything else was mostly lettuce and a ton of pickles!Sad to say I will not be going back again.
