I got a Club Tuna and there was so little tuna on the sandwich that you couldn't see it present in each bite like you can when you order roast beef or turkey. It tasted like a lettuce and tomato sandwich with mayo to be honest. Will not return to or recommend Jimmy John's after this Club Tuna experience. Worst tuna salad sandwich I've ever had anywhere.

Tried calling several stores and had little to no help at all and no one wants to take accountability because apparently no store has this driver on their team. Corporate number keeps going to voice-mail and JJ website won't accept my email for feedback. So I'm leaving reviews on every possible JJ location because we need to do better. On 04/26/22 around 7:00pm we had a reckless driver from JJ in a red Subaru license plate BCE-205 not stop at a stop sign and flew in front of us and considering how fast they were going I am afraid to think they were going over our 25mph speed limit in the neighborhood but I can't confirm that. I took a picture as well so I could get the info and plate fast. If they were not from this location I apologize for wasting time but when leaving simple feedback is this hard it's a problem too.
Scheduled a delivery for 11:45and it never showed up. When I called at 12:15 to find out what happened, they claimed the delivery driver delivered it ... but to the wrong address. Absolutely ridiculous!
This place is awful ?.They allow misconduct from management on down.The people who work there are Rude and act so inappropriate. Wish I could give negative stars they would be -20
Good quality sandwiches; occasionally the service can be "off", as a few online orders were not ready until 10-15 minutes after when they were scheduled to be
16 year old little boy telling me to put a mask on otherwise no service! I gladly went across the street to firehouse subs where that 16 year old treated me kindly and happily took my order. For my family of 5. He was awarded with a fat tip.. There was a line at firehouse and ZERO customers at jimmy johns!!

No mask no service, they refused to serve me without a mask and the workers wer extremly rude to me despite the fact that I had no mask and just wanted a sandwich I offered to standout side but they refused to serve me, this is corupt and I will never attempt to eat at jimmy John's again!
I hadn't ordered from here for about a year as it would take about 40 minutes for you to deliver 2 miles away. Thought I'd give your "freaky fast" delivery another try. I was rewarded with a one hour plus wait for my food. Something is broken at this location, your reviews reflect that. I won't order from you again.
The order was done correctly and tasted wonderful. Quite busy but this was prime lunch time. Had to wait some but I should have used the app I guess.
