Had a great experience with the entire team tonight with a large order. I was earlier than expected and they jumped all over it and got me out of there in a hurry. Super friendly and so helpful. This was a quick pick up for lunch today… i didn’t have much time which is why I appreciated how quickly the order came out. Staff was polite and everything went as expected with my order.

I've now had three experiences where my order took over an hour to show up from this location. I get that service is difficult right now, but the reason I'm ordering from Jimmy John's at all is their "freaky fast" delivery. This location just doesn't do that. Will be going elsewhere, or ordering from the Sheridan location.
Food was great! Unfortunately the team needs some more training on customer service. I had my order taken by a cashier that couldnt be bothered. Once I had my food I sat at a table to eat it and was interrupted by the dining room lights being turned off. This occurred 4/22/22 at 7:30ish. Had to ask one of the crew members what time they closed because I was sitting in the dark and no one said anything. The guy replied they were out of bread and were closing early due to it. He said we were welcome to stay and finish our meals though. Kind of hilarious actually.We left shortly thereafter.
Tried calling several stores and had little to no help at all and no one wants to take accountability because apparently no store has this driver on their team. Corporate number keeps going to voice-mail and JJ website won't accept my email for feedback. So I'm leaving reviews on every possible JJ location because we need to do better. On 04/26/22 around 7:00pm we had a reckless driver from JJ in a red Subaru license plate BCE-205 not stop at a stop sign and flew in front of us and considering how fast they were going I am afraid to think they were going over our 25mph speed limit in the neighborhood but I can't confirm that. I took a picture as well so I could get the info and plate fast. If they were not from this location I apologize for wasting time but when leaving simple feedback is this hard it's a problem too.
Echoing the other reviews of this location: Delivery service is basically non existent, for some reason. Two times now I've placed an online order for delivery, and I've had to give up after it was not delivered in any reasonable amount of time.I've filed feedback on the website as well, and haven't heard back about it. It doesn't seem like the owners of this franchise care about their customers.
I ordered on Door Dash and I never got my order. Don't trust this place cause they will steal your money just like they did to me. I'm wanting a full refund.
I ALWAYS have great service at this location. I’ve been to several stores and no other location compares to the top notch service I receive. The bread and meat taste fresh on every order and this location is so clean. The manager (Sonia I believe is her name) is kind and professional. This manager leads as a good example to her employees because they’re also kind and professional. They’re all so cheerful and I feel my day is brightened when I leave this store. I would happily drive out of my way just to order from this location. You’re missing out if you haven’t tried this location. I rate this jimmy johns a 10/10. I’m a very satisfied customer.
If you are placing a order from this location make sure you pick carry out and not delivery. This will be the second time I tried delivery from here and did not revive my order.
