Must start out saying I enjoy jersey Mike's. But unfortunately not coming back to this location. Ordered a club sub to go and when I get home they didn't put the bacon and mayonnaise. Called the store and who ever picked up told me they would refund my card. Never got the refund
If you order online your order will likely come out how you wanted. If you walk in and have anything remotely unorthodox, like a dairy allergy, they will almost never get it right. Normally it's a bunch of kids working so I don't really blame them but caveat emptor.
Food poisoning for both of us after eating these. Sandwiches are mostly bread, little filling.
I'm the only one in here and the guy is just taking his time making my order no sense of urgency or willingness to tell me how long. And simply making three sandwiches I need he's slicing the meat like it's a Sunday drive or slower

We placed an order on your app for pickup I appreciate the challenges many business owners are faced and believe that this situation was not handled appropriately. So, again, when we went to PICK UP our order, your team treated us pretty badly. And again, I do not like to write a bad review, but this was a circumstance that needed a review. I am certain not all people are treated this way there, but felt it should have been resolved differently. I have proof of the pick up order if you are interested in seeing it. There was never a delivery order placed. I hope each person goes forward with business in a more appropriate way. And also, we appreciate all people who have to work in these crazy times.Good luck.ORIGINAL REVIEW:We placed our order via the app and went to pick it up at 730. The order was just over $30. When we arrived, we were told that someone took our order. My brother sat down to wait for them to remake our order. After 20 minutes, the young man working asked him what he was waiting for and he got frustrated and walked out. I went in to get the order. I wasn't going to let a $30 order go because they gave ours to the wrong person. They were carding other people who came for their orders, by the way. I got pushback from the male kid working. I had to show sincere frustration for him to get on it. He resisted. The two young gals working were trying to make the orders quickly to accommodate. After a total of 25 minutes waiting, we got our subs. The young guy acted like we were an inconvenience when they gave our order to someone else. It was a horrible experience and I won't be back. I can't believe we had to convince them to remake our order. Ridiculous. For the record, I don't write bad reviews very often. This experience was too bad to not share.
Worst Jersey mikes ever. Mobile ordered a #13 miles way and with extra stuff, and had to grab it and go since I am working. Yet it came with absolutely no toppings. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jersey mikes.
They make a decent sandwich, way better than subway or Jimmy John's. Service was a little slow but I think they were training a new employee.
Really enjoyed the food here and Ethin took great care of me! He recommended the right sub and then made it as though he was making it for himself. Thanks for going the extra mile; I'll definitely come back!
