"Jack Steamers" in Five parks Square iswhere I went for dinner. Ordered a simple Ruben sandwich, it was terrible. Completely dried out, tasteless.. awfully disappointing for spending $24.00.It got worse.I expressed my concern and disappointment to Ashley my sever / bartender. She shrugged her shoulders, and sarcastically said, she'll tell the cooks? How about doing the right thing? Not a clue...Not a second of empathy or remorse or an apology.- Zero customer service Last time I'll visit Jack Steamers.I highly recommend "NOT" to go there.

The food was tasty, I also ordered a caramel macchiato to go with the sandwich. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Service was good :) It ended up being more expensive than I was hoping for ? The sandwich came with a horseradish I didn't like or want at all. The place was out of lots of items, so maybe I just missed the people, but it felt a little lonely.

We found Jack's by searching for restaurants with gf options. It was outstanding. The service, the food, the quality, the options- seriously the best. And after reading about their mission of including those with different abilities, we're fans for life. What a treasure! Every place should be like this!

Best bar joint around!! Jenni is the manager and she is AMAZING!! Her staff is meticulously and painstakingly chosen which leads to the BEST experience! The food is amazing, but the atmosphere and staff is why we keep coming back. I so highly recommend this place!!

I wasn't expecting a bar at 9:30 a.m. but I bellied up, anyway! The interwebs told me an excellent coffee shop was less than a block away. I walked there and found that the place was busy and clean with a friendly staff that day.I ordered a cinnamon roll and an oat milk latte. My server asked if I would like my cinnamon roll warmed up...You know I did.She timed it perfectly so my drink was ready at the same time as my warmed bun. That pastry was roughly the size of my face! This was more than a snack. This was the highlight of my week.I'm only writing this review right now because I know that I'm going to be in soon. I'm hoping for a very similar experience. #Fingers crossed

delicious food and drinks???????

So I paid $8.50 for fried spear pickled and they are chips also I only got a small amount. They were skimpy on there shake is was only half full. Prolly not coming back until they step up there game back to what they use to be. I got a shake a ice-cream cone and a kid scoop with the pickles it was 27$. Not worth the money

I attempted to dine here tonight and left extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I arrived at 5pm with my mother in-law, 5 year old and 12 month old who needed a high chair. I stated very clearly we wanted to sit at a low top table with a high chair and we were put on a the waiting list. When our name was called, we were seated at a high top table, I had asked if we could wait longer for a lower one for my 12 month old in the high chair and the waitress said there's a long line and they can make the high chair taller. I was confused at first until she came over with two high chairs stacked ON TOP OF EACH OTHER! I was completely shocked this was how they suggested other children are able to sit. I decided to give it a try and placed my 12 month old in it and her head barely met the top of the table so she became squeamish. We waited for over 20 minutes until an extremely rude waitress came to take our order (she apparently also works behind the bar) and while I was ordering, my 12 month old flipped over the front and I luckily caught her before she hit the ground. I was extremely upset and we decided to leave immediately. I have been to this restaurant several times prior and have never received service like this before. For a restaurant that is located around mostly residential homes and families often dine here; I was shocked at the level of mishandling of the situation with my 12 month old and their stacked highchair situation.

My husband and I enjoyed a tasty dinner. I had the brisket sliders and fries and the brisket was tender and lean and very tasty and the fries were great. My husband enjoyed the fish and fries. This is what made the restaurant extra special. My husband has leg issues and uses a cane and the young man seating us saw and offered us options. We went upstairs and Tom the manager quickly noted and told me to let him know when we were leaving and he would take us to the elevator. Another young lady upstairs asked if we wanted bar height or regular and Ari our waiter was exceptional. An absolutely wonderful evening. Thank you all. The best customer service and care that we have received in - well we don't remember when!

Friendly staff, good food, great margarita
