Let me tell you, this burger was so good it felt like it should be illegal haha. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger and it was excellent! ... There is a catch..... The prices are nearing insane. I would have left a 5-star if my order of fries, this burger and a drink wasn't 20 dollars.theu charge roughly 13.00- 15 ish for most burgers and like 2.50-4.00 ish for their fry options. But that being said, it was sooooo good that the price didn't deduct from how delicious the burger was

The place looks great I'm from the outside I was getting off work at 8:00 I jammed over here by here by 8:20. My children and I children meeting me here we're in the car outside the illegal burger placing our order at 8:30 it came on stating that they no longer had anything available the door the internet everything says they close at 9:00 but apparently they don't because they locked the doors and wouldn't accept my order at 8:30 to me they shouldn't be putting a time that is different than the time that they closer towards that if I could give a half a review or half a star I would this is very inconvenient for me with children thanks probably never be an option again

The burgers were delicious. The fries were delicious. The gal that took our order was polite. The food came out super quick. (Granted we were the only patrons while we were there. 1:30ish) I'd definately return. It was a little spendy. But not to bad. My burger was $13.95. Then I had to order fries separately. They don't come with the burger. Another $4.99. Plus a soda. It was about $20-22 per person. I think our tab was about 45 for two. Delicious though! And the restraunt itself had a pretty cool vibe. Bathrooms were clean. All in all....4 stars all day. I'd give it a 5 except for the prices. Basically 20 bucks for burger and fries. Seems a smidgen high to me. Restraunt burgers are about 5 dollars less for a great burger and fries.

11/10 regret not getting a quarter pounder from McDonald's... Crazy thinking a $20 burger from Illegal Burger would fail in comparison to the quality, price, experience, and even taste of McDonald's. $20 is a lot to me and it's selfish, disrespectful, and mostly just extremely trashy of illegal Burger to charge me $20 for waiting for the cashier to finish her smoke break, then waiting 25 min in an empty restaurant for the burger, then receiving the burger with half the bun along with the toppings falling off, then paying extra for "handmade sauces" which was just powdered ranch mix. I'd be extremely embarrassed if I was Illegal Burger trying to pretend they are something when really McDonald's beats them.. I feel angry and robbed. Shame shame shame.

Took my son to Illegal burger for brunch before he headed back to College. It was just opening so we waited a few minutes. I chose the avocado burger and we shared the triple fries. I much prefer this choice in fries and dips as my son prefers the truffle fries and I think they use truffle oil that always tastes burnt. Anyway, the triple fires are great and the dips are excellent. My burger was done to perfection and served with the brioche bun, a perfect choice. We quenched our thirst with thick shakes, which was perfect. Brunch for 2, $51.

VERY VERY OVERPRICED! I live in Southern California and this place is by far way more expensive than any restaurant near my house. I ordered the cod sandwich for $11.25, sweat potato fries for another $5.39 and a drink. My bill was $21.49 for lunch. The meal itself was ok, the fries were nothing special and a fairly small portion. The sandwich was ok, nothing special. Places like this that over charge for small ok meals don’t stay in business long. I definitely won’t be returning.

Loved this place. The Godfather burger I had was perfect. Its pricey (around $30 for 2 people) but that's no different than what a sit down restaurant is anyway and this food still tops that.

I love this place. They probably have the best burgers in the area, if not the state. Kinda hate when theyre busy haha. . . but it's always worth the wait 100% of the time.

1st time here - and totally the bomb for a burger joint + gluten free bun option. Fries and shake were amazing too. And nice wait staff. Will be stopping here again.

The reason it's called "Illegal Burger" is because it's illegal to charge you that much for a rather unimpressive burger. Fries cost extra. So you're looking at a good $15+ for a meh burger and fries, though the waffle fries are good. (The waffle fries saved you from a 1 star. To be clear, the burger tasted fine, but was smaller than expected and had no 'Wow!' factor that something with that price tag suggests it has.)I would rather go to Smashburger or Red Robin for that price. Simply better value.I also asked for no tomato, and recieved a giant slice of tomato, so following directions is also difficult apparently. Do not recommend.
