Would have been an amazing burger if they would have actually COOKED IT! Some people cannot eat red meat that’s not cooked! Like pregnant women!? I paid $30 for a meal I can’t eat! HORRIBLE

Order had a burger made wrong. The manager was great and apologetic. Made me a new one the right way and offered a shake. We all make mistakes and this guy went above and beyond for it.. Excelent costumer service..
Great burgers and food and the staff is always so nice and helpful! It’s kinda off putting to witness a manager yelling at employee to tell someone else to get here right now that’s typically something the manager should be doing not a cashier.
The food is always good, but for whatever reason half the time when we order fries at this location they’ll give us a pretty skimpy amount. The fries are pretty expensive so I expect a pretty heft portion. I really like the fries so when I don’t get as many as I’m expecting it’s very disappointing. Please give us more fries!
Not very busy not sure how they will pay all the bills in the end. It's never full. Don't buy the fries if you have high blood pressure because you're going to stroke because of all the salt they put on it. Lemonis is one of the 5 guys.
Yum yum yum! The food here is always so tasty and makes me happy. The shakes are tasty and very customizable to your liking. The fries are next level too! Just slightly disappointed in the recent removal of the peanuts but I understand that is probably because of health concerns. 9/10 Very good spot!
Stopped in for a bacon & cheese dog, which was awesome. Everyone in the store that wasn't actively eating (both customers and employees), was wearing a mask EXCEPT for the apparent manager guy (arm in a sling) who wore his totally under his chin while taking orders in close face to face with customers. Otherwise, 5 stars for Five Guys.
My favorite 5 guys hands down! Nhu and Ralph are super consistent...I love this store food is never bad here!!!! Give these 2 raises please!!!
Service was good, food was OK. Prices were a little up there. I can't afford to eat there again. And I wasn't happy that the guy who prepared my food was not properly wearing his mask. Restaurant was clean though.
