Closest Firehouse Subs to my work. The thing is if someone is coughing and making our food they should be home if they are sick, wear a mask if it’s allergies, or not make the food at all and be on clean duty with a mask. A cough can mean many things these days. He was also coughing last Tuesday, but I thought I would try it again. I will not return.

My go-to place if I ever need a fill up. Quick ordering and (sometimes) quick prep. even if the prep is slow, it's still worth it for the quality sub. would recommend to others around.

This is the third time in a row that they forgot to put ranch in my turkey bacon ranch. This time I caught it and sent the sandwich back because I remembered going through this twice before and leaving the restaurant before realizing. Accuracy matters.
Haven’t been here in a long time and have only had good experiences in the past, but when I went today (keep in mind the restaurant was not busy, whatsoever) not only did the employees seem to have absolutely no sense of urgency, but it also seemed like their life depended on NOT smiling. I felt like I was a burden for ordering a single sandwich. I normally am not quick to judge a service worker for not having a great attitude, as I understand that everyone has bad days, but it was every single person behind the counter with a poor attitude. Not sure if this is an issue with management causing employees to hate their jobs or if it’s just a bad bunch of people. But at least pretend to want to help a customer. Don’t think I will be returning. Next time I want a sub I’d rather drive out of my way to jimmy johns or jersey mikes. Not only am I in and out of those places 3x faster but I also feel welcomed and inclined to leave a tip unlike today.

Awesome experience! Unfortunately lost our receipt so I couldn't do the survey online. Star was amazing! So helpful and kind. My mom has arthritis and moves very slowly. Star helped us get into the restaurant by holding my mom's hand. She took our order at the table and brought it right out to us. Never had service like that before. Food was delicious! Will definitely be back.
worst subs of my life. they make no attempt to actually make something edible. $10 for 2 slices of meat. no attention to the online instructions. plenty of competition for much better sandwiches at much better prices. much much worse than subway. ugh. disgusting "owners" keep posting responses to all the bad reviews but don't actually attempt to make anything worth your time. go somewhere else! Hey dumb owners, how about you actually make changes instead of just pretending to apologize to all the locals who just want you to leave our city instead of continuing to cheat honest people. you are a disgrace and no one should ever eat your food at any price
Went to this location for dinner for pick up got home the sandwich was completely messed up no cheese or peppers this is a horrible location the customer service is bad would not recommend at all a zero rating would be better they don't even deserve a one
