I took my dad out for dinner and it was nice to see the dining room is finally open and the new GM Amanda is doing a amazing job at getting friendly staff that greet you with a genuine smile as she checks on the guest really made us feel welcome. Have to say it's a old building but they have really cleaned it up. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely coming back!!!
Not always "fast food". This location recently closed their dining room and indoor pick-up for some reason forcing EVERY order (new or online / pickup) through one slow drive thru. Last time I found a line of 10 frustrated cars waiting for someone's pasta / pizza to finish baking. If I ever go again, I'd only ever place an order onsite AFTER seeing no lines are backed up or perhaps when Google shows they are less busy than usual.
Went awhile back and the dining room was closed. I ended up going through the drive thru and eating in my car. Food was still good though. Today, I called ahead to see if the dining room was open and the first thing the recorded message says is "Our dining room is now open!" So, we make the 20 minute drive there at 6pm and not only is the dining room closed but the restaurant is closed completely due to staff shortages. I know staffing is problematic right now but I wish I would have known they were closed before wasting the time and gas to drive over.
Such a great deal for the prices. The portions are plentiful and the meat sauce is definitely edible.The pizza was a little soggy, but the spaghetti and meatballs were delicious. I'm happy to know that the only place that places hot dogs in their spaghetti is at Jollybee
Great food great prices and a giant menu! Take out online was simple, the dining room is shut down, due to staffing, so I would suggest ordering for pick up, to make everything easier. Just tell em your name at the drive through!
Quality has definitely gone down with Fazolis. Expected more from this places. Prices are a little steep for the amount of food you get. Times are tough. Staffing shortages might be part of the problem. I'm not rushing to get back for another experience. Hopefully things improve. Fast food Italian with an average rating.
Every time we go here, they always take so long in the drive thru. Took a hour tonight. They weren't even busy. If you want fast Italian food don't go here because you'll be waiting along time.
This establishment continues to go downhill. We have tried several times to stop in the past couple months and the hours seem to change continuously. Tonight, there were four of us in the drive thru line, the first two had their order taken, then the hour struck 8PM, the current close time (Google is carrying 10PM close time), and the two of us remaining in line receieved silence, not even a polite, "we are sorry, we just closed." All of us were in line before 8PM, but apparently not all are worthy enough to be served. With as much as I have always enjoyed Fazoli's I recomend avoiding this particular location, and let it become the latest business to fall victim to the pandemic.
Great food. Ordered the loaded fettuccine alfredo, unfortunately they were out of chicken, so I asked for extra mushrooms. I wouldn't have guessed that I got extra. Wasn't very loaded. Very little spinach & some mushrooms.
I really like their food. Always have. But lately they keep their lobby closed for dinner and I have to wait in the slow drive thru to pickup an order I placed online. They need a better system. I get that staffing issues are a big deal right now. But that doesn’t mean I should have to wait an extra 20 minutes to pickup my food that’s already ready. And this time they forgot my breadsticks so I had to walk back up to the drive thru window to get them. I’m not going back until they open their lobby for pickup orders.
