My go-to pizza place. Always made as ordered and delicious! Never had any issues with online or app ordering from this store on 58th & Ward Road. Take out pricing is the best in town!
their pizza is fine but I just went in to grab my order and saw some of the most appalling management i’ve ever seen in a pizza shop. Lexi I believe her name is, was SO degrading to her employee (who looked no older than 18) simply because a customer gave an address that didn’t come up right in the GPS and this poor kid couldn’t find the right street. so he came back to ask his boss (Lexi) what to do and she just screamed at him “i’m not a delivery driver, I don’t know the area!!” and was treating him as if he is completely incompetent. She very angrily made another driver take the order instead. I was so disgusted by her behavior that I even said something to her AND to her employee. She embarrassed him in a public place and degraded him as he if was nothing. NO ONE deserves that treatment, except maybe Lexi.News flash Lex: Treat your people well and they’ll work much harder. Continue to treat your people the way you do and you’ll be lucky to have anyone working there very soon.It’s no wonder people don’t want to work these terrible jobs with the way they’re treated.Shame on you, Lexi. You need to do better. I’ll definitely be going to the other Dominos now.
It has been a long time since I’ve had Domino’s and it will be a longer time in the future. I ordered 3 medium two topping pizzas. All three had burnt crusts and very dry. The sausage one had minimal sausage and two of them had extra cheese and there was not extra cheese. We threw out one whole pizza. Cannot recommend this Domino’s.
These people TOOK care of us!! Amazing customer service! We ordered 5 pizzas to be picked up at 10:30 and they were ready on time and super hot. We mentioned that we were delivering them to a bunch of people that were hiking the Colorado trail up on Kenosha pass. They were so amazing and ended up literally filling a grocery bag with knives. forks and plates and about 15-20 different dipping sauces. Everyone in the store was very nice and were really interested in what we were doing for the hikers, (trail magic). We did bring a bunch of other food, but the pizza was definitely the highlight of the day. We should have probably bought 10 or more. Thanks Dominos team.
So at what point does the corporate management care at all about customer satisfaction? Dominos will surely be going under very time soon with the attitudes of their managers and employees. Adam, the manager at this location was extremely hostile and mit one bit concerned that our order was not what we ordered. I know these are challenging times with regard to hiring and training employees, but not caring about the satisfation on customers eill not improve your business.
I ordered a pizza. No one came out for curbside so after 25 min went in. Opened box to the most dried out piece of junk I’ve ever seen. When I refused to take it they told me 25 minutes for replacement. So now I wait
The place to be is here. Everytime I order for either friends or family they say its beyond amazing. Always made with care if feels like its made just for you, and the workers? How bout dedicated and hard working. Everytime im up in the store they always hustlin and bustlin. You thought you had good customer service before, pshaw, you aint never been here before so throw that idea out the whip, cause you can order curbside as well. Hundred percent recommend coming here, plus they got a liquor store next door so you can grab a beer. Dont forget to tip the workers for all they hard work, dominoes and liquor store peeps alike ha.
Love the online ordering and how easy it is and the delivery drivers are very proficient and are very nice when they come to the door, they also knock every time to make sure I receive my food instead of just leaving it on the floor then leave and I just have to remember to open my door to grab the food so thank u for bring awesome! (:
So slow. Placed an order this morning for 5:15 pickup, I’d think that’s ample time to prepare. Order wasn’t ready until 5:30.
