Every time I have ordered fromHere, pizza and the order are perfect. And the Pizza Team is incredibly nice.

have currently been on hold for over 30 minutes just to tell them they must have delivered to the wrong address. I understand they are probably under staffed but god it is frustrating to not even be able to tell them they made a mistake cause they leave you on hold for over half an hour.
Was on hold for 6 minutes just to be hung up on. Called back and a man answered and said domino's please hold and hung the phone up. I had issues online and was trying to order a dinner for my father for Father's day and I actually said don't order black jack I will get you something better. Boy was I wrong .. finally got the order online hopefully the food is better than your customer service.
It’s no wonder this place is rated so low I wouldn’t of even given it a one star if that was an option to give nothing I would have. I ordered about a month ago or less maybe shy of about three weeks my order was terrible the grease was literally dripping all over my clothes from the box of simply breadsticks their new cheese for the breadstick dip was awful ,very very distasteful both of my pizzas were ordered the wrong way the lady was rude when I ordered the pizza also seem to have an attitude and didn’t want to be there rolling her eyes because I was taking a minute to figure out what I wanted and mind changes That apparently she couldn’t handle . I bring the pizza home my chicken garlic Parmesan pizza had pepperoni on it I asked for two large pizzas one with pepperoni and one chicken style even the pizza look like it was sitting there maybe three days! after that I called Domino’s told them I could send it back and I took photos they said oh no pry that they would credit me for any pizza I’d like next time (only one pizza not my whole order) but I didn’t complain that is really not my style. I spent $50 for my family that day that’s a lot of money to just throw down the drain we did not eat anything that night that came from dominos because it was that bad guys ?so to top it off Mr. Michael says he’s the manager Proceeds to tell me that there are no notes in my number saying that I had a free pizza whatsoever so I said obviously whoever I spoke to on the phone never notated that I had a free pizza that is not my fault I’m a single mother of three girls on a fixed income I told the man today was my birthday I called because I’d like to have my pizza now he said there’s nothing he could do for me it’s not in the system I’ve been in management before and I know there was some thing he could do for me .i gave him the information me begging and pleading with him after three times I of him saying he could do anything I began to get upset as anyone or human being would !!he said I can’t credit you because you’re getting loud and yelling at me really I’ve been very calm up until now and he was very coldhearted rude like I’m just somebody who’s trying to get a freebie when he could simply even see my profile saw the order his self and Even continue to read it off to me so I am very disappointed with dominos Thinking about Covid ,inflation and how things have been I don’t feel this company cares about anybody but their selfs! So sad they will be continuing to rip people off, providing horrible service any one else would be locked up for theft and they are getting away with exactly that Happy birthday to me
This is our local store and it’s the absolute best. There’s always an employee ready to put on a show for the kids. Tonight, while we were waiting for our large carry out order, the manager gave some dough to my kids and let them make their perfect crust (on a busy night, no less), then topped them with whatever they wanted and baked them up. Put them in their own boxes and handed them back to the kids, who were absolutely delighted!My 7 year old declared that as soon as she got her diploma, she would be coming straight back there to get a job.Recruiting at its finest. Well done! Thank you for always making our pizzas the best ever and for taking the time to delight 2 children!!
The delivery driver was very rude! His name was Gary and I opened the door and he sat my pizza on the floor which is fine e contactless delivery and all but then he made a comment about how “gas prices are high thanks for the $2 tip”. I was gonna give him more in cash instead if on the card but after that comment I wish I could take back my $2
This place is a joke... Every time I order from here something ends up going wrong wrong food wrong delivery .. was never going to order from here again have it for a long time against my better judgment I did got the order in waited 45 minutes for the delivery people to show up without my order got excuses while they must to give it to somebody else they're going to go try to find it so now I don't know if they found my food or I have to wait to have it remade with absolutely no compensation whatsoever this will definitely be the last time I ever use this Domino's stay away from these people!
I was disappointed with my serving sizes on my order and after letting them know I wasn't happy the Manager went above and beyond and had another driver stop by shortly after with a proper sized order and an additional item. Definitely restored my faith in this location thank you again
So I quit Domino's because they were consistently give me bad food. Wings seemed undercooked, cinnamon balls were old and reheated, and don't get me started on the pizza! After a trip to Texas for work where I was tired, hungry and looking for a quick bite. Domino's was the answer. And it was a good answer! The pizza was amazing, just a med two topping, but the wings were crispy and juicy, and then get this... The cinnamon balls were so fresh I ate the leftovers the next night. The C.B.'s from this Domino's had to be thrown out if you didn't eat them with 8 minutes after eating the pizza because they were on the three day old downard spiral to the big trash can on the side of my house. This is how I knew I was getting bad food when I ate Domino's four times in Amarillo Texas on 3100 S Coulter. That food was always hot fresh and good!! And the ladies and gentlemen is why I quit DOMINO'S. EVERYTHING I SAID IS TRUE. NAMES HAVE BEEN NOT CHANGED TO PROTECT THE INNOCENT.
I picked up the so-called pizza at 64th and Sheridan. Was absolutely the WORST pizza I have ever eaten- including frozen. Barely ANY cheese or toppings, which I paid just over $20 for a medium pizza with 5 toppings. After finally deciding I needed to call and let them know how dissatisfied I was, the manager asked why I waited 3 hours to call and explained the more toppings you pay for, the less of them you will get. OUTRAGEOUS!! THEY REALLY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!
