Something must be wrong with your Milkshake training, 2nd time in a month I’ve ordered a hot fudge shake and it’s the consistency milk. The blizzards are consistently great, but you have a serious problem with the milkshakes. Please address, you’re making my wife very sad and me very frustrated.

We have been here several times because it's super close to our house. I wish the 64th and Simms staff worked here. We have not been impressed, it seems no one cares about the final product and the burgers we had tonight were terrible. The dipped cones were half dipped and translucent and dripping ice cream when we got them.
I ordered cheese curds and they were burnt and even cheese inside was burnt and my banana split was all melted. Workers are just goofing around inside and not taking their job seriously.
Ordered a blizzard and only the top ¼ was mixed in, the rest was just plain ice cream. This is the second time this has happened at this location now. Went through the drive thru so it was to late by the time I noticed unfortunately. Very friendly staff but horrible quality on treats.
I'm Legally blind so I can't drive and was hungry so I ordered a 6 Peace nugget combo and a blizzard at 940pm well i received the blizzard and drink BUT NO FOOD! AND NOW THERE CLOSED AND IM STILL HUNGRY
Haven't had DQ in a long time and wasn't very pleased with it to be honest. I can't say there was anything wrong with this specific locations service, it was prompt and correct, but the quality of the products has definitely gone down over the years.
This is always an excellent location to go to in the evening. We have 5 kids, so we always have a big order. The employees are young and respectful and never have any negative attitude with our big order.
Didn't mix my blizzard at all.about 10000 pieces of cookie dough and fudge at top but none at bottom. Coulda been better
Kids at front counter actually made you feel welcome, they were friendly and inviting! Food was fast,fresh.. very impressed ?
I love Diary Queen its my go to place when I crave any kind of ice cream especially the Banana spilt I like my Banana Spilt with more pineapple and strawberry on them less on the Chocolate and ice cream mmmmnnnn you go Diary Cream I remember when my dad and used to take us there oh yeh and I sure miss my family all the good ones died and left me with ones that they only care about them self they need to look inside them self even the evil one out there and she does know her name well evil one going to hell if she isn't it now ?
